Endless moment of magic! Tree Space has such a peaceful energy with the sound of birds and trees swaying a constant in the background. So comfy and cosy, would definitely suggest getting the fire pit although not sure why this is an additional charge. The surrounding area is stunning with endless walks and things to discover.

Lynn is a great host. Very friendly and accommodating. The property is in a lovely village with a thriving community and there are walks from the house.

I really enjoyed my stay at Helena's. The space was fantastic, very clean and well stocked, and in a beautiful setting - both in the grounds of the house and the village. It was really convenient to get to Oxford both on the train and driving. There are plenty of pubs to choose from and a Co-op a short walk away. I can highly recommend staying at Helena's and hope to return again soon!

The satnav directed me to the wrong house, the house is on the corner with Beechmont ave. Once I found the house it was really easy to get in following the instructions and I was really happy with it. Thank you.

A lovely little cottage to stay in for some peace and quiet. The perfect distance from Winchester where you can appreciate both the City and the countryside. The walks around the town were gorgeous and the house had everything we needed. It was so clean and was beautifully decorated. Could not recommend enough. So good for the price!!!

My husband and I had the most amazing bank holiday weekend at Olly and Francis’s lovely cottage. Francis was very welcoming from the moment we arrived and was super friendly and generous throughout. The kitchen was well stocked up and they kindly provided fresh sourdough bread and eggs. Francis had also pre-prepared the fire place so that all we had to do was light it. The grounds are beautiful with nice spots where you can sit and enjoy the views. We also had fun playing tennis. They also provided excellent pub recommendations. Overall, we had a very relaxing stay and didn’t want to leave. Thanks again Francis for the great hospitality!

We had a lovely stay at Claire’s ‘cowshed’ air bnb. The space is beautiful and clean. It was full of lovely additions and she really has thought of everything we may need. claire and her partner were welcoming and friendly and we felt right at home. Claire was very helpful with recommendations and took time out of her day to provide us with taxi numbers. Although we were in town for a wedding, the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful and perfect for a quiet weekend away. We will definitely come back

Lucy and Guy were great hosts. Left us to it! On hand for local recommendations. Easy check in! Lovely Garden Room, with a private seating area. Very comfortable and cosy! A couple of fresh pastries in the morning - lovely touch! We left early to finish our Mystery Adventure of Winchester! Will recommend to friends and family!

The Shepherds Hut was amazing, so cozy, clean and comfortable. Trish has thought of everything. The table and benches turn in to the bed base, with space underneath to store your bags. The bed was really comfortable and we both had a great nights sleep. The shower was great, towels provided. It's in a really quiet location and we had the added pleasure of seeing a glorious peacock on our arrival ! Trish is a really great host, lots of attention to detail such as: fresh free range eggs, cans of gin and tonic, chocolate biscuits, milk and a bottle of cold water in the fridge. Plus marshmallows for melting by a fire and a jar of sweets. Games to play, a folder with details of local pubs (all dog friendly), maps for local walks and booklets of places to visit. We recommend the Red Lion at Castle Eaton, a really friendly and welcoming pub, with very tasty food. We really enjoyed our weekend, so much to do and right in the heart of the Cotswolds. Frensham is a beautiful, idyllic mix of lovely countryside and village life. The accommodation put us in a perfect spot for amazing walks, river dip on the way back from the lovely HollyBush pub, and early morning lake swim (along side my dog). What an absolute treat. Saw greenfinches and nesting wrens while relaxing in the pretty garden. Thank you. We love where you live.

The most wonderful stay in the most beautiful little hut. From the moment I arrived I felt instantly relaxed. Emily has created the most perfectly peaceful space, inside and out. She is also a wonderful host & was able to help me with my forgotten item. Waking up to the sound of the birds, with the greenery outside the window was my favourite part. Emily’s hut is a delightfully comfortable space and the log burner keeps you very cosy in the evening. The village itself is also delightful to walk around, there is plenty to explore in the area and a great pub on the doorstep. The only downside was checking out.

The picture palace is a lovely little art oasis. It is quite amazing looking internally, with a beautiful aspect out through the huge windows. Loved the private garden, and the sauna with outdoor shower just topped off a great stay.

By far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. I could not fault the whole experience. Every message sent was responded to quickly, check in instructions were clear. They went above and beyond to make the stay special. The Shepherds hut is immaculately clean. We had champagne, a balloon, fresh flowers and petals on the bed to welcome us for our anniversary all at no extra charge. Every detail of the hut is well thought out and had a functional but luxurious feel. The hot tub was relaxing as was the whirlpool bath. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful yet you can quickly and easily get to London. We followed recommendations for Deliveroo and pub choices and we weren’t disappointed. Thank you so much we will be returning 😊

Amazing 2 night stay!! Super easy to find and in a nice and private location with really good local food restaurants. The hut was clean and provided everything we needed to cook when we wanted to as well as a nice relaxing garden space where we could hear the local chickens, horses and sheep. Georgina also gave us some amazing recommendations which we made good use of during our stay!! Check In was super quick and easy! Short walk from a great pub / restaurant called the Fox at Oddington where we ate on our second night. Overall, great stay. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay. The place was exactly as described—clean, and beautifully maintained with a lovely hot tub. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

This place that Katie has is truly beautiful, it was a perfect stay and to be honest didn’t want to leave and could have spent a lifetime there and wouldn’t have been a wasted time. It a lovely space and very cosy with the best view anyone could want just outside the doors.

Tinkerbell Retreat is a perfect, peaceful place to get way and enjoy the outdoors. The shepherds hut is high quality and had a homely feel. The outdoor seating areas are great to get the most of the beautiful space. The space is so private and quiet. We were amazed by the 'visiters' that came to say hello, swans, geese, parakeets, robins, ducks, a heron, woodpecker, kingfisher and a deer. A morning coffee by the river, bbq lunch, and a evening drink in the hotub is a perfect way to enjoy the day. Yasmine is a lovely host, knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to say 'hi'. The walk into Weybridge is lovely, with lots of coffee shops and pubs. We will return next summer to enjoy once more. Martin & Judi

The property was lovely - really peaceful with beautiful views all around. It was a great place to relax and recharge. I’d definitely recommend it to friends and family. The location is also ideal. You’re close to some really nice towns and villages that feel more local and less touristy, which we appreciated. It was nice to come back to somewhere quiet and calm at the end of the day.

An honest to God location plucked straight from a fairytale book! This place is simply MAGICAL! We had the most beautiful, romantic and relaxing stay here enjoying the peace and quiet in the hot tub and roasting marshmallows by the fire. The wagon combines all the comforts of home with a rustic fun atmosphere to it. Word of advice - one night isn't enough! book at least two to explore the area as well (there's a nice pub within walking distance).

My wife and I enjoyed a two night stay here in June 2025 at this wonderful hidden gem in the Oxfordshire countryside. The hot tub is just great to relax in with a glass of something cold and fizzy. The bed is comfy and cosy. The goodie box with fresh bread was a winner! Shower fitted with a rain head We would come back and stay here again. 11/10*

Peglars barn was a truly beautiful place to stay. We visited for 2 days and it wasn’t long enough. The moment you walk through the doors the backdrop is jaw dropping and it doesn’t get old! I chose peglars barn as a place to propose to my now fiancé and it was perfect. Thank you Sophie for being a great host!

The secret lodge was amazing! The hut was romantic & cosy, very clean and had everything we needed. Abi also added some decoration as it was for our anniversary which made it all more special. The outdoor area was lovely, secluded and peaceful right in the middle of nature. The hot tub was great as was spending the evening round the firepit. The morning was spend lounging on the day bed and relaxing on the swing chair. Really was a great place stay. Thank you to Abi & Steve for an anniversary to remember.
