Vacation rentals with a patio in Berea

I really enjoyed staying in this house, I felt like at home. It’s private and peaceful. There is food places all around in a walkable distance. It’s easy to move around and it’s a right access to the freeway to get all around Cleveland. I highly recommend and I will definitely stay. Definitely enjoyed the free parking which made my stay so much easier.

Chad’s place was very centrally located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a great diner for breakfast as well as close to other amenities. He was always responsive if you had any questions or concerns. His place is decorated with nice furniture that match the decor of the rest of the house. He had plenty of coffee and snacks available as well. The next time I find myself traveling to Cleveland, I will definitely check to see if Chad’s place is available. You won’t be disappointed!

The location was great - very walkable to anything at Case Western or Little Italy. The parking space was awesome - easy to access, off the street and you didn't have to worry about others who parked there.

This was my first ever stay at an Airbnb……It was everything I saw when I looked through pictures, decided to booked and then some!!! My 1 & only bothersome was other tenants of the property used the front porch to hang out on & smoke…. Just made it feel awkward to sit outside to regroup & relax …. at times you could hear them talking through front windows…but again I knew it wasn’t a completely private location when I booked soo I was by no means upset. Also I do not think this reflected poorly on my host but would be something I would want to mention to me if I was the homeowner - I actually have to return to the area in October & once I have the dates will keep my fingers crossed this location is available again!!!! Great value for the money for sure! Very well stocked kitchen – I had everything I needed. I appreciated that it was not a cluttered space. I had plenty of room in the kitchen and bathroom to put my things.

We had a truly lovely stay. The space was clean and beautifully arranged — thoughtfully designed and highly functional. Everything felt intentional, which made our time there both comfortable and easy. It felt like home. Communication with the host was excellent. We received our check-in code well ahead of time, with clear and helpful instructions. Being able to check in early was an unexpected bonus that we really appreciated. Street parking was simple and always available. The location is ideal — close to everything in Akron, yet still in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to others!

Super great hosting, communication was proactive and top notch. Place was quite nicely sized for a 2BR and 2Bath accommodation. Location central to everything in down town Cleveland, can't recommend it enough. Parking options were many.

I didn't want to leave, it was so comfy. So much better and more affordable than a hotel. It really helped up reset after a day of work. I loved the decor, you nailed it.

Our stay was great we enjoyed the hot tub and the games that were in the house. We also loved the kitchen and how big the sofa was. Can’t forget how comfy the beds were. Definitely would stay again.

The place was great. We booked it last minute as we are traveling across country and they were very responsive. I had questions about the safety of my vehicle and they allowed us to park in their private driveway in the back of the house. The house was clean, but more importantly, as an Airbnb Frequent user, it’s the little things that mattered most. The pillows were plush, the bed was firm, the water pressure was perfect and the hot water and thermostat worked flawlessly. The owners were great and sent a long note with local recommendations for food and activities. The neighborhood is quiet, but very close to the lake and the park on the waterfront which my dog really appreciated. About a 15 minute drive to the Rock and roll hall of fame and downtown. The price was great for the value and I know I’ll be back the next time I’m in the area!

Cute downstairs apartment in a triple style home. Mary was very responsive. No complaints outside of the bed in the main bedroom being terribly uncomfortable. It sinks in the middle which that it’s difficult to have two full grown people sleep comfortably.

Great house with some stylish attitude. We stayed there for 1 night for a family event. 4 adults and 2 fur babies. The beds were very comfortable!!! the amenities were all present and plentiful. The hosts were VERY accommodating to our needs and easy to get a hold of. The house was located within a 5 min car ride to a large reservation (park) that had beautiful walking trails and also plenty of restaurants in the area. Will stay here again if we’re ever in the area.

This home in Parma was a great place to stay for me and my two dogs. The neighborhood was very peaceful and the fully fenced yard gave my dogs room to run around after our long drive. Being able to park my car in the garage was the added bonus I did not even realize I needed until I was unloading/loading our luggage in the dry garage instead of out in the rain. Joe was extremely responsive, answering my messages immediately. The house is clean, provides all the amenities needed, and is well worth the price. I would highly recommend the house and the owner.

This place is AWESOME! Great location & very safe. Great views. Newly remodeled and GORGEOUS!! Wonderful place with all the essentials you could want! Marisa is a WONDERFUL host. She worked hard to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Close to all events downtown so you can walk to everything so you don't have to deal with parking! We had a great stay (saw AC/DC) & if we come back, will definately look Marisa up!!

Jonathan was a great host. He kept in touch and was quick to respond. This location is near plenty of attractions and very walkable to the Flats, Rock & Roll HOF, and all the sports stadiums. Awesome rooftop patio and very cozy. We highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay

Amazing little place to stay, perfect for our mini vacation. The area was super walkable and parking was easy to find. The condo had all the amenities you could need and as a bonus the water pressure was great. I would definitely book again.

Great location for us. Reasonably close to where we were going. It allowed us to avoid traffic. Unit is exactly what you expected based on the pictures. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Tanesha is a wonderful host. I hope we’re lucky enough to stay there again for our next visit.

Suriya was a wonderful host. She made sure that the house was in great condition and works very hard to keep it that way. She made an effort consistently to make sure that I had everything that I needed. She made accommodations for me when things in the house were not available, and she went above and beyond to leave nice little surprises throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic area. My summer up in Cleveland would not have been as good if I was not staying here.
