Monthly Rentals in Bentonia

I traveled to the Jackson Metro area for the Healthy Mississippi Conference in Flowood and stayed at this property hosted by McLaurin and Kendra. They were excellent hosts—providing clear instructions for check-in, access, and check-out, which made the experience seamless. When I arrived to the property, I was headed to the wrong unit and the host called to redirect me to the correct unit. The space was perfect for someone traveling solo. It was clean, stylishly decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. As a professional, I especially appreciated the bar seating, which served as a great workspace for getting things done on my laptop during downtime. While the neighborhood wasn’t the most upscale, I didn’t encounter any issues and felt completely safe throughout my stay. It was quiet and peaceful—ideal for resting after a long day of conference sessions. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would absolutely consider staying here again on my next visit.

We very highly recommend Harold's cottage. Staying here made our long weekend get away for a class reunion even more enjoyable and a wonderful experience. The cottage is totally private and surrounded by beautiful wooded nature, very roomy, contemporary, light and airy, comfortable, very attractive furnishings, extremely clean all over, lovely view of the thick woods from every room with all the large windows, a roomy carport, very functional kitchen with everything you'd need. We would definitely enjoy staying here again when we return to the Madison area. Owner Harold is very personable, friendly and conscientious. It's conveniently close enough to the main roads but then very much remote and "away from it all" to make it a truly relaxing get-away.
