The house is newly-built using eco technologies to limit its environmental impact and is surrounded by wonderful wildlife such as seals, otters, and a multitude of birds as well as many sites of historical interest.

This is an ideal base for exploring the West coast of Argyll. Ferries run from Oban to various islands, and the mountains of Glencoe are 45 minutes to the North.

We are only two miles from the local village of benderloch & Tralee beach with cafe & shops etc. Our pod sleeps two and there is also a sofa bed available. Situated on the beautiful Airds Estate in Port Appin and 5 minutes walk from Port Appin's excellent restaurants. This is a 3 bedroom cottage in a 300 year old farm building. It is 50m from the beach with direct access to the beach. There is no public road between you and the shoreline - it's very private! The views are spectacular and the kitchen is very well equipped. Perfect for hiking or skiing the mountains, kayaking to the seal colony or cycling and walking.

Spacious and comfy 3 bedroom (NB one king, one double, two single beds) house in a small village, 2 bathrooms, garden, perfect for a relaxing family holiday! Interesting local hikes, close to many beauty spots and attractions, 15 minute drive to the busy town of Oban, 45 minute drive to Fort William. There is a cycle track just across the road which goes almost all the way to Ballahulish (9 miles from Fort William).
