Family-friendly vacation rentals in Bend

Had a very pleasant stay. The hot tub although an older model was fantastic. Plenty of stores and restaurants in close proximity. Overflow parking in the cul-de-sac was a plus as well. Kitchen was well stocked even had some fun spices. I appreciated the washer and dryer along with laundry soap. Same model I have at home! Nice big screen TV with Roku. Open concept was really nice. Super easy check in check out was able to use barbecue grill with no issues as well. Plenty of ceiling fans with lots of airflow. The place does only have one very small bathroom. If you’re going with a larger group, it may be something to consider. Would stay again if in the area.

Beautiful ranch with wonderful hosts! Felt right at home in the juniper. We loved the location for easy access to Sisters or Bend. We cooked most of our meals there on the bbq, kitchen stocked with everything we needed! Very comfortable beds, everyone slept well. Loved listening to the evening frogs and morning birds. The pool was a highlight for sure. Felt very special to have this property to ourselves! Tracy and Bill are gracious and wonderful to talk to. Our family will be planning return trips in the years to come!

I have stayed in Airbnb’s and VRBO a number of times over a ten year time frame. Cliff’s townhome is absolutely fabulous. Everything is top quality, well stocked with some nice welcome goodies plus a bottle of great wine. Cliff is very quick to respond and his instructions to get into the gated community made it easy to find. He gives detailed instructions on check in and check out which I really appreciated. This is my all time favorite place and I definitely will be back. Thank you Cliff for the wonderful stay to visit friends and family in the community I lived in previously. Everything was absolutely fabulous!

Had a lovely stay over Memorial Day weekend at Magnolia House. The house was perfect for our group of 5 and we really appreciated all the amenities (hot tub, fire pit, outdoor seating, bikes, game room). The house is comfortable and well appointed with lots of thoughtful details. The location is great as well. Close proximity to coffee shops, bakeries, eateries and Newport Market. We also walked into town and to Hayden Amphitheater for a concert. Highly recommend!

We stayed here 8 years ago and it was just as sweet staying here again as it was then. The neighborhood is so peaceful and the cozy home had everything for our quick weekend trip to Bend. I love that we can walk to see a show at the Hayden Homes Amphitheater and not have to drive. I also love that its a super quick walk to Newport Ave. Market.

We loved this property so much! My family had the best time in Sunriver and we can’t wait to stay at this property again! The house was well stocked, immaculate, comfortable, and beautiful. We really enjoyed all of the bikes and the loft above the garage was an amazing bonus! Our favorite thing to do in the evening was to sit in the hot tub and stargaze. Susan was an amazing, responsive host. We can’t wait to come back!

Crystal is a delightful host - kind, proactive, friendly, responsive, and honestly someone we would love to hang out with if we lived here! And her home is just beautiful - plenty of space, with everything we needed including a stunning backyard where you can go to the local state park and float down the river all the way back home. Plus it’s just a short walk to coffee and food trucks and live music twice a week. This is one of our favorite stays ever and we’d highly recommend this space. Everyone will be happy here!

Such a sweet, cozy spot. The house is full of thoughtful touches that make staying there feel frictionless and reflect the care and attentiveness that the hosts have poured into it over the years. Super close to downtown Bend and very walkable (or bikeable, with the supplied bikes)! Nice little yard with a hot tub, too, though we didn’t use it ourselves. Highly recommend!

From the moment we walked in our whole family felt super comfortable. The house felt like a home and very relaxing. The location in Sunriver was great for us and our kids love fort rock park. The house was clean, great hosts and all the things you could need for a couple days away!

We had a great time here with our family trip. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and lots of room for all of us. The kids liked the foosball table and we enjoyed the proximity to paths and the river. We used the tubes and life jackets to float and played some pickleball. The TV doesn't have cable/channels so bring your own streaming device - we were prepared for this and brought ours to catch some Olympics in our down time and when AQI got too high outside. This was a much more reasonably priced house than most in and around the Sunriver area, but still good proximity to pickleball/tennis, river, and small but clean pool. Lots of deer in the yard each day and lots of big fluffy bunnies hopping around. We would stay here again.

Great place! Super big and had so much fun stuff to do at the house! We loved being able to walk to the river and see some wildlife :) the hot tub, pool table, foosball, ping pong, Wii and upstairs kitchen made it great to keep lots of people entertained! 10/10 would stay here again! 🥳

We loved our stay! House was perfect for our family of 6! We enjoyed the ping pong, foosball and pool table in the garage. We also had some great bike rides on the bikes available for us. Great fun within walking distance as well. We were in town for a baseball tournament but we still had time to enjoy all the fun activities and we absolutely had a blast! Would totally recommend booking here :)

The cabin was the perfect place for us to rest and relax. It is very quiet and the sunroom was our favorite spot to be. Looking out into the pine forest was very peaceful. We had everything we needed. Katrina is a great communicator. The only difficulty we had was all the stairs (kitchen, living area upstairs and bathroom/bedrooms downstairs), but that is probably on me as I didn’t check for that when making the reservation. Even with the stairs, I would stay here again.

Gretchen's bungalow was the perfect home-base for daily trips to Smith Rock and conveniently located to downtown Bend. The location is extremely walkable to fantastic restaurants and breweries in Bend. The home was very clean and comfortable with everything that we could need. Gretchen was responsive about questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

This place drops you right in the middle of Bend! You get a river trail leading you to the most iconic park in town with restaurants, pubs, shopping all nearby. You don’t need to look anymore. You found “the place!”

This was our second stay at Kris's place and won't be our last. We love the location; it's close to everything! The space was very cozy, has everything we need including a nice patio to enjoy morning coffee. Kris was very responsive and made us feel right at home.

Sandra went out of her way to ensure we had what we needed during our stay. We felt right at home and the location was EXCELLENT.

We loved our stay. We especially loved being able to hear the concerts while sitting on the porch swing. We enjoyed walking along the river and everything was super easy to get to. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Bend, and the condo was perfect for our needs...unit was clean and comfortable. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen seemed to have everything that you would need for an extended stay. Thanks, Bob...Would definitely stay here again.
