We stayed at Dario's property during the Emilia-Romagna round of the WSBK. Perfect stay! The apartment was spotless, well-furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal, close to everything but in a quiet area. Check-in was easy and the host Dario was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon! In two couples we spent 5 nights in the apartment on the 1st floor. We had a great time, Maria is well organized, she offers assistance both on arrival and during the stay. We occupied the two double bedrooms with two bathrooms. There is a comfortable terrace, air conditioners, well-equipped kitchen. The location is very good, close to the historic center and you can't hear any noise from the train or car traffic. To be recommended.

Perfect location, great for being very close to the sea but high up so as not to hear the street noise. I'll definitely be back.

The owner Fabio is very kind, very helpful(he also recommended some nice places to have lunch and dinner) and left me his number just in case. The house is super cozy, very clean, tidy and very spacious with a large balcony and a wonderful sea view. It has everything you need for a nice vacation in a nice place by the sea like Cesenatico. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay here. Kevin was readily available and very responsive through text. The location was perfectly situated near the center of town and very close to the Roman bridge. It was a quiet and peaceful street. I would stay here again.

Staying in the beautiful home of Gisella and Roberto was a pleasant moment of relaxation and family life. We were able to play in the pool, chat in the well-appointed outdoor spaces, have lunches and dinners in a space organized in every little detail and comfort. The house was very clean and had very well-structured spaces and everything you need for a comfortable and high-quality stay. The hosts were pleasant, welcoming and attentive, they gave us useful directions on great places to taste good food and made themselves available for every request made. We recommend it as a great place to experience the area surrounded by the Marche hills.

This stay exceeded all our expectations! Everything was perfect – the communication was super smooth, the check-in process was easy, and the place itself was even better than we had hoped. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of throughout our time there. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful villa with Jacuzzi, magnificent experience, clean, tidy, tastefully furnished, floor heating, wide and luxurious shower, impeccable kitchen, comfortable and very clean beds. Simply put, perfect. The host Francesca received us in person, always available and friendly. I highly recommend this accommodation, 5 stars out of 5.

Everything is perfect - from check-in to the location and cleanliness of the property. A great structure surrounded by greenery, just 10 minutes from the sea. Carlo and Novella are very kind hosts, with whom they can have great conversations! Thank you so much for the local tips, too. Breakfast is great too! Definitely recommend.

Davide's place is very nice and matches the photos and descriptions. It is very generous and spacious as well as tastefully decorated. Parking on the premises is also a plus. The location is perfect, so you can be at the beautiful beach and good restaurants in a few minutes. Ceriva is also very nice. You can visit many interesting cities and Davide is very nice and helpful. We would come back.

Amazing space and location. Omar's was spotless, the bed was so comfy, the kitchen although we didn't really use it was very well equipped. Some lovely bars and restaurants on the doorstep to. 15 minute stroll into Misano and a fantastic little beach 5 minutes away. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks Omar 😊

She welcomed us warmly and sympathetically – you can immediately tell that she is involved with heart. The apartment was spacious, very clean, bright and lovingly furnished. It really had everything you need – you immediately feel at home. Veronica was always available, very helpful and provided us with great tips that you can only get from locals. For us, it was a completely successful stay. Veronica is a great host and we highly recommend her and her place. We will be happy to come back!

Stayed in the apartment with me, my husband and 3 teenagers. The apartment was perfect. Great location, easy walk to Ravenna sites and train station . Good restaurants also within walking distance. Antonio and Monica were so helpful, met us on arrival and had many helpful suggestions Highly recommend

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.
