Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Emilia-Romagna

Alessio’s apartment was perfect for two couples wanting en suite bathrooms close to Florence’s train station. Yet, the apartment is quiet and peaceful, and a short walk to many sights.

We had a nice stay and Alessandro was really friendly. The bikes came in very handy :)

Gianni’s apartment was great. The balcony was such a special treat and we enjoyed our morning beverages at the table. Great location and easy to walk to everything. It is in the center of many restaurants and is loud later into the evening. But we came prepared with ear plugs so we slept fine.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay with Giulia. The apartment was very close (2 minute walk) to the train station which meant we could go on a day trip to Venice. However, to Bologna city Centre it is around a 20-25 minute walk, so be prepared for lots of walking. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The only issue was the boiler taking a while to heat water for showers and the toilet was very slow to fill with water so often had to flush with a bucket of water from the bathroom tap. Overall a very nice apartment.

"A Charming Stay in a Great Location!" We absolutely loved our time at this charming Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been better—situated in a quiet neighborhood but just steps away from an amazing variety of restaurants. Whether we wanted a cozy café or fine dining, everything was within walking distance. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and attentive to every detail, making sure our stay was comfortable. The apartment was perfect! Very clean, cute, nicely decorated, and safe. It was in the absolute perfect location and I would totally stay there again. Instructions were clear and easy.

Gianca shared very detailed and pictured instruction related to house and checkin. You can also find same details after your booking on your reservation info. So she is well organized. House was very clean, she puts everything you may need included coffee and coffee machine. Also the house is more than enough if you are visitor who will explore Florence. And the best part was location. You can reach everything by walk and you can find something to eat and drink even in the midnight. If I come again, I would prefer no doubt. Thanks Gianca!

This property is in a stunning setting with beautiful local towns. We really enjoyed our stay after busy city visits. Host offered great hospitality and perfect suggestions of places to visit and restaurants.

All as described, nice and clean, comfortable beds. We felt very comfortable.

I can agree with the other reviews, we had a wonderful vacation here. Jonny and Susanne are very warm, helpful hosts and have put a lot of passion into renovating the old farmhouse. Our highlights: - High quality of the facility - Clean pool with perfect temperature to cool off - Comfortable beds - Great view - Varied breakfast - Top outdoor kitchen - E-bikes with a lot of power, it was really fun They also had lots of insider tips for excursions and restaurants. It was an unforgettable vacation for us ☺️ In the evening, the insects come, but the whole house has fly screens and outside there is an evaporator against mosquitoes, so you can sit outside without stings on the warm summer nights and watch the fireflies 🥰

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

Cannot say enough about how great this little gem is- great location for outdoor activities and stunning beautiful scenery. Very quiet on the top of this hillside Road… With lemon trees in an olive Grove how much better can it get! You can see the town of Vinci and way beyond from this height. The hosts could not have been any more kind and generous with their time and suggestions. Simply a wonderful Airbnb!

The country house is beautiful and well maintained. Easy to reach by car and located in a very quiet area. Tommaso was very kind, the house was clean and tidy and there was everything you needed. Recommended!

The accommodation where we were hosted was in a central area, convenient, corresponding to the photos and descriptions. Clean and tidy place. Fabio was extremely helpful, always responding in a timely manner and providing very useful advice. I would come back here without a doubt.

Waking up in the morning in complete relaxation, away from the daily chaos, immersed in nature was an indescribable experience!The accommodation is comfortable and equipped with all comforts! We enjoyed our stay in Lavagna in Alessandro's apartment, tastefully furnished, with quality equipment, spacious and very comfortable. The people in the neighborhood where we stayed were very friendly and we felt comfortable right away. There is a baker and a fresh pasta caterer a few meters from the apartment which are a real plus. Alessandro was good-natured, very friendly and answered all our questions quickly, whether about the accommodation or activities in the area. We'll go back for sure.

Lucia was an excellent host! prompt in her responses and consistently helpful throughout our stay. She kindly recommended a superb restaurant, where I enjoyed the best pasta I have ever tasted. The apartment was immaculate and well-maintained, making us feel immediately at home. It also featured thoughtful little touches that made a real difference. Lucia had kindly provided us with some drinks and sweet treats upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this cosy little apartment!

Wonderful accommodation, fantastic view. The villa is even nicer than in the photos. Barbara was very nice and helpful. The only drawback: the air conditioning did not manage to cool the rooms properly in the heat. Therefore, it was very hot in the apartment.

EXCEPTIONAL CLEANNESS If you are a sensitive for the cleanness this is the place. I really felt like my home for the cleanness and was very satisfied. I will definitely come back if I come to Florence. Cosimo is the kindest host and his recommendations were amazing! It is located on 4th floor without elevator but our 5 years old boy could handle it well. We didn’t complain. And Cosimo helped to carry the luggage when we checked in. Location is so good as well! Close to everywhere. Thanks for your hosting! This was the best Airbnb of our 4 Airbnb in Italy.
