A bright two-room apartment on the 3rd floor with a small elevator, offering views of the lake and mountains, just steps from the village center. It features a spacious living room (with sofa, TV, and Wi-Fi), an equipped kitchen (Italian coffee machine, kettle, toaster, stove, microwave, refrigerator), a double bedroom with balcony access, and a bathroom with a window, sink, toilet, bidet, shower, and washing machine. A reserved parking space is available, and if you'd like, an enclosed and covered bicycle area can also be provided.

La Perla Holiday, in Bellagio, is an independent portion without a kitchen of a newly built villa, located on the ground floor, with free private parking and garden, away from traffic but a short distance from the center and the lake. The nearest beach can be reached within a 6-minute walk, convenience store 2,bar restaurant pool, post office,carabinieri,pharmacy,doctors and bus stops within a 3-minute walk. The Imbarcadero and the beautiful lakefront of the village are a 15/20 minute walk.

The house is located in Brienno, an ancient medieval village typical of Lake Como. Brienno is a very quiet and peaceful village, ideal for enjoying the peace and tranquility that only the lake can offer. The apartment is equipped with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, including fresh and fragrant bed linens, towels, all kitchen amenities, and of course, Wi-Fi. Il cortiletto è ad uso esclusivo dell'appartamento. Nelle torride giornate estive rimane fresco, e il fiori colorati lo rendono una piacevole oasi dove potersi rilassare all'aria aperta.
