Wonderful home and location. The house had everything you need and my two children and l really enjoyed playing table tennis, pool and fuse ball. The view from the balcony was spectacular with the added bonus of being able to wake up to the view from two of the bedrooms. We enjoyed the bbq facilities, nature walks and morning coffees on the balcony while swinging on the egg chair. A perfect place to connect and relax.

I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property ! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We had a lovely stay at Vishal’s place in Pakenham. We chose this home because it was close to our family who lives in the area and it turned out to be a great choice. The house was clean, tidy and comfortably fit all 8 of us (our 2 kids and both sets of parents) Everyone had enough space and the amenities provided made our stay very enjoyable. The kids had so much fun with the table tennis and air hockey, while the adults enjoyed singing karaoke. Great entertainment for all ages! Initially there were only 7 towels provided but Vishal responded quickly to our request for an extra one and kindly delivered it even though it meant an hour-long trip. We truly appreciated his effort and responsiveness 💖 The location was quiet and convenient for those with their own transport, with supermarkets, shops and halal eateries easily accessible. Overall, a great stay and a thoughtful host. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and fun place!

The house is lovely and very big. Suited us as we all wanted seperate rooms and our own bathrooms so the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was great. We did not use the pool or spa so I can’t comment on that. Lively Properties’s were easy to deal with and gave excellent instructions for the property. Would be happy to to use Lively again if we head back for another stay.

My husband, myself and our 4 adult children stayed at Lavender Farm. When first arriving we were greeted by their friendly dogs. Jacky had made a delicious cake and fresh bread plus farm fresh eggs and bacon ready for breakfast the next morning. It made us feel right at home. The farm is beautiful as is the accommodation. Tony (the host) was very friendly and helpful. The town itself has everything you need. Healesville is a lovely place to stay. I would highly recommend Lavender Farm.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in beautiful Marysville. The house had everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen and wood fire place. The fire kept the house nice and toasty. Beds were comfy and rooms stayed warm .We chose not to pay the extra fee and brought our own linen which worked out well. There were books, games and a hardrive of movies which helped keep the kids entertained in the wet weather. The surroundings are so beautiful and peaceful and the native birds often come to greet you on the deck.

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s place. Located on the hills of Mount Martha, near the road running along Mornington Peninsula. It is a short drive to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The heated pool (38 degrees) on the top floor, next to the main living area was the highlight. Our entire family was soaked in the heated pool overlooking Safety beach and Arthur’s Seat during the winter weather. Perfect. We were just surprised to see there was some renovation work ongoing at the car porch and lift area, but there was no work or disturbance to our stay, so it did not interfere with our experience.

Overall a lovely and peaceful stay, highly recommend if you're looking for a spacious but cosy spot surrounded by nature (and birds right outside the window!). The house looks exactly like it does in the pictures; sadly it was too cold in the evenings to enjoy the outdoor firepit, but the indoor fireplace was great. Things to take note of (not criticisms - we loved the place!) - Keep your eyes peeled for the entrance to the house as it might be easy to miss while driving - Some wide steps up to the house, for those with heavy luggage - Duct heating and aircon/heater were inconsistent so the house was cold (was told by the host the latter might've been a remote control battery issue, so this shouldn't be a normal occurrence!); the indoor fireplace really helped Thank you Samantha for the wonderful stay, and also for the cute welcome basket of snacks and wine!

Where to begin? The photos were exactly as described. Extremely beautiful and clean. The kitchen was all fully stocked and functional even to the smallest things like rubber bands, sandwich zip locks, foil, etc. she even had a rice cooker for our convenience. The flow of the home was well thought through, planning of space layout made sense, heating throughout the home was well distributed. Clare is such a great host, she’s so thoughtful and gave us extra time for check in and out. I am very grateful for her accepting our request to stay at their lovely and homely home. It was warm, inviting and wanted to stay at home all day but we were on a holiday so was out most of the time. Wished we had more time to stay in! Thank you Clare x

What a wonderful stay it was! Harry was an incredible host with excellent communication from start to finish. The house was beautiful, as described in the description and photos. There was more than enough provided in the kitchen for large groups and the rooms were well setup for us. The mattresses are a special mention with almost everyone who stayed commenting on just how good a sleep we all had. The space was perfect for our retreat and we only wish we had more time there to utilise all the great areas available to us. I want to make a special mention about how amazing Harry was as we had a small hiccup on our first morning waking to no water due to the last group using more water than usual. The house runs on tank water. I messaged Harry at 8am when I realised we had run out, and we had water delivered and the water tank filled before lunch. I understand this could have been troubling for both Harry and us but the way in which it was handled was excellent. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Ben’s place greatly! It was in a very convenient location with many supermarkets and restaurants in a big mall nearby. Location made it an easy drive to yarra valley for day trips and we loved coming back to the very well equipped house to enjoy the games and entertainment at the end of the day. The house was nice and clean and was the ideal set-up for a dream family vacation home. Ben was a very responsive and communicative host. It definitely ranks among the best Airbnb stays we’ve had!

We really enjoyed our stay at Clare Cottage. The place is so clean, cozy and homey. Loving the tranquility of it yet it is close to lots of tourist attractions. Samantha has been very responsive and sweet. Will definitely coming back in the future.

Lucinda’s property was one of the best air bnb we stayed in. She was so kind to leave necessities like bread, eggs, milk and a bottle of sparkling :) the house has great views and excellent facilities, especially the very well equipped kitchen. We took the opportunity to cook meals and everything was available and convenient. The kids loved the big bathtub and there was adequate heating throughout the house. Highly recommend !

We had such a lovely stay at Sonja’s property — it’s absolutely beautiful, clean, and clearly well cared for, with so much thought put into details. My partner and I have been searching for a spot to return to for our weekends or getaways, and we’ve finally found it. We tend to spend most of our time in the property itself, so finding a cosy and comfortable space is really important to us. The only small suggestion we’d make for future guests who do the same is to consider adding Velcro to the couch cushions, just to stop them from sliding forward. Aside from that, we truly loved our stay and are already looking forward to coming back!

House was comfortable, good heating, had everything we required for our stay. Would recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in this area.

My friends and I loved spending a weekend at Kris & Carlo's peaceful retreat! We snuggled up on the couch, looking out over the treetops and listening to our crackling fire. It was the perfect spot to enjoy the autumn colours! Comfortable beds and all the comforts of home.

Spacious, clean and lovely home for the 6 of us, 3 adults 3 kids. We had an enjoyable stay, thank you Emma and Pemmy & Team 🥰! Very responsive and helpful when we had some minor issue with the dryer and needed some assistance. Help was rendered very quickly, thanks so much! Be back again when we visit The Basin area. 😊

Loved our stay here! A perfect spot with great views and a relaxing atmosphere. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Trudy was also great host! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway.

A beautiful home and location.

Thank you Daniel for allowing us to stay in your beautiful house. Everything is so well stocked, including the kitchen, bathroom and fire wood. The bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival was so appreciated. We had a wallaby and pony come and visit as well as bunnies and loads of birds. A private and peaceful spot, right on the edge of the bush and just a short bike ride to get onto the rail trail. Loved it!

Nic's place was absolutely perfect for us! With a couple of pregnant ladies and couple of infants in the mix, there was plenty of space for everything to either come together or do their own thing in separate spaces. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in and a we loved sharing meals around the large dining spaces, inside and out. Can't recommend highly enough! We look forward to returning
