The apartment is in a dwelling at the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac towards a forest cave. There is a short distance to the bus and train, and parking for a car on the property. It takes 12 min with train to the center of Oslo. It is a nice starting point for walks in the forests and fields, a short distance to the great Henie Onstad Art Center, which is by the sea with both a coastal path and swimming beaches. Sandvika is within walking distance to Sandvika where there are restaurants and cafes, and Sandvika's main center with good selection of shops. Large terrace with outdoor furniture.

The apartment is approximately 55 m2 and is furnished, has a new bathroom and kitchen, plenty of closets and is bright inside. There are windows on 2 sides; kitchen has window with morning sun and bedroom/living room has window where the sun is until about 9-10 pm in the summer. There is a double-leaf entrance door with full-width glass. Free area and forest are 100 meters away, an eldorado for adults and children in summer and winter. It is 8 minutes walk to the grocery store, and good communication to Oslo city center, Lysaker, Bekkestua, Sandvika etc.
