Great location in an adorable part of town! Very comfortable bedroom . It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go and the onsite parking was an added bonus.

Beautiful space with all the amenities you’ll need. The host was super responsive and attentive. This was a seamless and incredible stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Denver.

Travis and wendee are by far the best hosts we’ve had so far very responsive respectful and friendly hosts 5/5 very private and homey! The location is close to local restaurants and places near the University district and downtown is only 15 minutes away! Will book again in the future

If you have plans to go to Red Rocks, STAY HERE! Perfectly located, we were only minutes away. And, it was very convenient to beautiful Golden and surrounding areas. Everything we needed, we loved staying here. Perfect hosts.

Lovely stay from start to finish. Nanci was super helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The space is REALLY thoughtful, with every little thing you could possibly need — from the super stocked kitchen (roasting pans, every kind of appliance , etc) to several extra blankets and a zillion perfectly clean towels, you really feel at home. When reviewing anything, I find that the more nit-picky I am (where I feel like I’m almost making things up that are wrong), the better the place probably is. And let me tell you, it was hard to find things wrong with this place. Everything was wonderful. The host was great, the space was clean and peaceful, and it was close to lots of tourist locations! Truly couldn’t have asked for a better place while visiting Denver

This Air BnB was so perfectly equipped!! We stay in a lot of places and Jennifer’s extra amenities were above and beyond! Yes, you can hear everything that the tenants above are doing; walking, talking, TV and then there is a dog with a bone, but it didn’t impact our trip. Just have to be up early and not up late! Great location! Safe! And perfect parking off street! Loved our stay!!! Would recommend for sure.

It was in a great location for going all over Denver. Super clean, the perfect amount of space for two people, and all the necessities covered! The dual-head shower was sweet!

Highly recommend booking Tim's modern guest home for a wonderful stay in Denver. Tim & Johanna were excellent & responsive hosts that provided detailed instructions. My spouse and I had zero issues because provided instructions were concise, and the house was in pristine condition. I know if we had any questions they would have been answered quickly. The house was exactly as listed and well equipped. I found Platt Park a great central area for exploring the city but also charming & fun to explore on it's own. You are steps away from Broadway and a quick walk to Pearl street which are both filled with great shops and restaurants.

We really enjoyed staying here. We were only there for one night to attend a concert. I can imagine enjoying staying here for a longer time. It’s a great set up with everything needed, including a great deck at a location close to 470. The latter makes it very easy to go to Denver, to Morrison or Boulder or into the mountains. Rodney and Sharon were very responsive and lovely to interact with. Great and attentive hosts.

What a wonderful experience! Danielle was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure i had everything i needed. The welcome basket was a lovely touch. In town for our first Red Rocks concert. Arriving after getting groceries from Locavore we made dinner beside a setting sun, and later watched the waxing crescent moon rise with Saturn 🪐 in tow. In the mornings we visited the hot tub and enjoyed the birds, and one very curious humming bird. Free magic here, such a lovely slice of the universe. Our visit is a diamond in the mind.

We had a great time at David’s place, it was a great long weekend getaway with an awesome AirBnB at the center of it!

We had a great stay! The location was right outside of the city (about 15 minutes), very peaceful, and lots to do near by. The house was clean and comfortable to stay. We were provided with all we needed and the board games were a plus for a rainy night in! Highly recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in the Denver area!

The place is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The location is convenient with many good restaurants. Caden is very responsive to our needs as the shower's drain was needed attention and it was fixed asap. We really appreciate her help. The shower was great after the fix. I highly recommend this place to others.

We had a lovely 2 nights staying in this Airbnb. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Access was super clear and easy which was so good given we landed at close to midnight! Parking was easy at the building and lots to do close by. Fabulous stay!

I absolutely loved this Airbnb in Denver! The space was cozy, stylish, and immaculately clean. The location was perfect—an uber shot close to great restaurants, breweries, and downtown, yet in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The host was thoughtful and responsive, and every detail felt intentional, from the comfortable bed to the prompt responses . I’d definitely stay here again!

The host was really good with communication and always responded very quickly. The Airbnb was beautiful and exactly as described. It was very easy to walk to Empower Field. The parking garage was small, but other than that it was a great!!

Surrounded by shops and restaurants, it was the ideal base to explore Denver. You can really feel the personal touch the owners have put into the space—it feels less like a rental and more like a warm, welcoming home. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the hosts provided clear and helpful information not only about the flat but also about the neighborhood and the city. Heather was especially kind—always quick to respond and available for any questions we had, which made us feel very well taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay here! Jack was very responsive and he provided suggestions on things to do around the area, which is perfect because it’s close to downtown! The place was also very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!!

We visited Lakewood in order to see a concert at Red Rocks. So close and convenient to stay at Jenny’s place. Nearby grocery store and restaurants as well as hiking parks made the trip so easy. The Airbnb was safe, clean and a great location.
