Beautiful modern house, very quiet place, and close to Sainte Marguerite beach. Beautiful pool, the services are completely in accordance with what is advertised. Truly a great stay.

We spent a week at Marine’s property. It is absolutely beautiful. The interior is immaculate and spacious, whilst the outside offers a quiet private space with a gorgeous pool. The property has some lovely fields surrounding it, so great for summer walks. We enjoyed taking day trips to surrounding areas - especially La Rochelle Vieux Port. Very beautiful. Marine has been the perfect host, always available to answer any questions etc. We will definitely be back. Thank you so very much for the perfect stay and your kindness.

Had a wonderful stay at this home. We had six people and there was plenty of room. The house is very clean and had great lighting-loved the windows. In a very peaceful area and felt very secure. My husband liked the walking trail. Views were awesome and close enough to Bordeaux to pop in to see the sights.

Have a great stay at Isabelle's. The heron's nest is a quiet little cocoon, very well decorated and equipped. The place is very well served by the tram, which allows you to reach the center of Nantes very quickly. And the outdoor area with the small garden, its fragrant roses and the heated pool allows you to rest well after walking around the city. I highly recommend it!

Exceptional location and views, facing the ocean , the view from the bed will remain memorable! The house is well-equipped and well furnished, the heated pool is a plus even if it is small. The price is high but the equipment of the house and the view can justify this price, only note for this price sheets and towels could be included and not extra. The studio on the other hand in the extension of the garage smells of humidity, a vmc would be very useful!!

We had a great weekend at Afton and Yohan's place. The house is very nice, very complete with little touches in each room that we really enjoyed. Thanks to Afton for her little touches, hosting us and for her kindness. A real haven of peace, magnificent views and peaceful and very well thought out decor. Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

We had a great weekend at accommodation Benaki, with everything you need for a pleasant stay, in an idyllic setting. The views from the house, with the green mountains in the background, are spectacular. As for the house itself, it is perfectly equipped and prepared for the mountain climate. Communication with Carmen, the host, was another very positive point to take into account, giving us the necessary information to enjoy the house, making recommendations on what to do and where to eat in the surroundings, and always being willing to solve any questions we might have. We will repeat, it is perfect to spend a few days in the middle of nature.

We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...

Listing is as described. We found it easily and check-in was a breeze. We received all the necessary information the day before by message, everything was clear and detailed. The accommodation is very clean and very well-equipped, you feel really good there. Although small, the space is intelligently arranged which makes the stay comfortable. You sleep well thanks to the shutters in particular and the bedding. We had a great weekend, thank you very much Matthieu! 😊

The house is in a lovely area and there are great walks along the river from the house. Lots of good cycle paths too if you take your bikes. The house is very spacious and was lovely and clean. The outdoor seating area is also great. The pool is a good size but was a little on the chilly side. The host was easy to communicate with, responding quickly to queries.

Awesome place! We enjoyed our 2-week stay. All you need is there in Marie’s place. Comfy bed, private garden and patio, very nice shower and birds all around you. Just a stone throw from the incredible village Rochefort-en-terre and some great hiking paths around you. Just 30 minutes from the beaches. Great place! We love to come back!

Very nice stay. The house was perfect, modern, clean, in short, all we had to do was put our luggage down and enjoy. Maureen is very available, the explanations are very clear. The location is perfect, close to shops and very quiet. Thank you for everything.

The house is absolutely as advertised. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoking room). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

We had a great time at this beautifully decorated and perfectly clean house. The kitchen is well-equipped, which makes on-site meals very enjoyable. The beds are comfortable and allowed everyone to rest well. The jacuzzi was particularly appreciated by the children, a real plus for a family vacation. Small downside: the staircase leading to the floor is quite steep and can be a risk, especially for young children or people with mobility difficulties.

Excellent stay in this very beautiful welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very beautiful and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house and our expectations were far exceeded. The location is perfectly quiet yet central, so we could easily reach everything in the area. The house itself is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and offers plenty of space for a relaxing break. A special highlight was the incredibly back-friendly mattresses - we rarely slept so well!!! It was really relaxing to wake up rested in the morning. A detail that takes the stay to another level. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions. They have thought of everything, from small welcome touches to tips for the area. We really felt at home and were able to fully enjoy the time undisturbed. We would recommend this house to everyone without hesitation! A big thank you to the hosts!

What can I say about Thierry and his place other than it was a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for more. Location was tranquil, Thierry was extremely helpful and friendly, and the way he had meticulously and lovingly renovated the property really showed. We had a great stay and hope to visit again.

We had a very nice stay, the hosts are responsive and the accommodation was even better than in the photos!!!! Thank you very much, I highly recommend it! (just remember to take toilet paper because there were only 2 rolls)
