This is an open plan studio space (20m2 for the main living space) with an en suite shower room. 2 minute walk to bus stop. 15 minute bus ride to Bath city centre. Local pubs serving food within a short walk On street parking close by. The property is a short 2-minute walk to the bus stop, and a 15-minute bus ride into Bath city center. Two pubs are a short walk away one with an Indian restaurant, there is also a fish and chip restaurant. 3 pubs serving food overlooking the river are a 10-minute walk away, Frequent bus service into Bath city centre. Free on street parking available close by In Batheaston High Street or the village car park which has free 3 hour parking during the day and free overnight parking. Parking is not permitted in Potts Close Lots of local walks nearby including Solisbury Hill and Batheaston river side. I do not accept bookings on behalf of non Airbnb members . Ivy Cottage is a cosy old farmers cottage full of character dating back to the 18th century but with a modern level of comfort! Batheaston village has a couple of pubs, shops, eateries etc and is a pleasant 45 minute walk / 10 minute drive from Bath city (or buses every 15 minutes). There are lovely local walks, bike rides and water activities such as SUP. The garden gets a lot of sun and is pleasant to sit out in on a summers evening.
