Charming house Båstad-good location 6+2

Charming, partly newly renovated villa with private location on Tarravägen not more than that of Hotel Skansen in downtown Båstad with a beach, the harbor, and the walking path with restaurants. The location is high and free with wonderful views from the large terrace that is generously furnished with, among other things, sofa and parasols. BBQ grill. The property is about 3000 sqm Perfect for generational living or family with small larger children as the newly renovated guest house has two beds, shower/WC and kitchenette. Great beds everywhere.

Kitchen area has a stove with oven, fridge/freezer,coffee maker. Toilet with shower and washing machine. The guesthouse is located in a villa garden in a scenic area with proximity both to the city center and the sea. In the nearby area, there are many hiking and biking trails. Newly built house close to the sea

Stay comfortably in this nice home, completed in the spring of 2023. From the property you will see magically beautiful sunsets. Beach minutes away and is only reached through a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds as well as a smaller one with an 80-bed one that could easily be pulled out to a 160-bed. Fully equipped modern kitchen with lights and nice dining area. The home is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

A bright living area showcases a light-colored sectional sofa, complemented by a simple armchair and a plush ottoman. Large glass doors open to a sunlit outdoor space filled with greenery, while a television sits on a simple stand nearby.

Contemporary designed house in Båstad

The house is located in a quiet and rural location near the center of Båstad (car 3 min/walk 20 min). The interior is bright Scandinavian with generous areas for socializing and relaxing. The sheltered courtyard in the southwest offers several places for meals, cooking, sun and rest. The garden to the east has a large grassy area for play and games and a breakfast area. The house was designed by Mima architects and was built in 2019. It was nominated for Båstad's architecture award in 2020.

A spacious living area is highlighted by high ceilings and natural light. The open layout includes a modern kitchen with bar seating and a comfortable seating area adorned with a decorative rug. A staircase leads to a lofted space, enhancing the overall design.

Charming summerhouse in Ängalag.

Charming summer house in a rural setting in Ängalag . The house is surrounded by a generous villa garden and gives you as a guest own access to the garden with patio and terrace. Parking available right next to the house. Here you get proximity to nature, wonderful bike paths and swimming. The surroundings offer several farm shops and feel free to take a walk to nearby vineyard, nature reserves and the sea. Proximity to bus stop to Båstad, Torekov and Boarps commercial village.

A modern kitchen area is visible with high ceilings and natural light pouring in through large windows. A wooden island stands at the center, accompanied by minimalist shelves displaying glassware and kitchen essentials. Comfortable seating in the corner offers an inviting space to relax.

Guest house with great views close to nature

Stay on a farm in 2022. Newly built stone house in a beautiful surroundings and with a great view of the landscape and sea. A unique accommodation experience with ideal conditions for tranquility, proximity to nature and all the excursions of Bjärehalvö. During 2025 we have not finished the nearest environment around the house but a terrace with outdoor furniture is available. We provide linens and towels. If you want us to take care of the final cleaning, it costs SEK 600.

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. The house has a rowboat on its own shoreline, sauna. The lake views are magnificent. Netflix TV

Wonderful townhouse in Båstad

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. This house is located in the old part of Båstad a stone's throw from the beach, marina, tennis and restaurants The house is newly renovated, a whole secluded courtyard with sea view, where there are two dining tables and chairs and sunbeds, gas grill with hot plate. There is also a furnished annex with a bunk bed two extra sleeping places.

Bring the whole family to this amazing house in the middle of Bjärehalvön. Located in the middle of a beech forest. Here it is close to several golf courses and a nice nature in close proximity. Close to the offer in Båstad and Torekov. Towels, bedding and cleaning are not included but can be arranged if you contact the host.

Guest house of 75 square meters on two floors. Recently renovated with 50m to beach and walking distance to Båstad harbor and bathing jetty just below the garden. Towels and beds included. Just come here and enjoy the spa, cold bath, biking, nature, main halls, MTB, skiing or a go bit food at the restaurants in the harbor.
