This lovely old renovated house from 1777 of 240 m² oozes charm and fine facilities for one or more families. South facing large landscaped garden with views of woods and stream from the terrace. Beach (900 m), 2 km from Nykøbing's supermarkets, restaurants , swimming pool, golf courses (4500 m), Sommerland Sj. (4km ) etc. Table tennis and table football . Large family friendly house by the sea

We rent out our lovely house with sea views on the west coast, 200 meters from the sea and a nice and shallow fine sandy beach. The house has ample space, just over 200 sqm, perfect for families with children. We live in the South of the old fishing village of Träslövsläge (also called Läjet), about 8 km south of Varberg, with regular bus connections to the city center. By train, it takes about 40 minutes from Varberg to Gothenburg.

Only ten minutes walk from the lovely child-friendly beach, 200 meters away from nearest restaurant, 1500 meter from grocery store, 5 kilometers from closets train station, lots of tourist sights in the area. It's a great house for cozy family times. The garden is very privat and you will have all the abilities to get either an active holiday with lots of sightseeing or just a relaxing holiday in the garden and at the beach.

The house was designed by Danish architects Friis & Moltke and build in 1970. The house is ideal for a family of two adults and two children with two in the master bedroom and two in the bunkbed room. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. dishwashing machine.
