Vacation rentals with lake access in Bass Lake

I needed both heat and ac at different times during my 10 day stay. Both systems worked great. This unit is far enough away from hwy 27. No noise from the hwy. Deer in the yard almost every day. Turkeys once in a while. Looking forward to another trip next year if I am able.

My wife and I just stayed at FishTail Lodge! It was Perfect! Pictures were exactly how the cabin appeared. Tom is an amazing host who responds to any question quickly. Check in and Check out was easy. The Cabin is in a Wonderful location and is spotless. There is so much to do within the property itself. From Relaxing at the fire pit, to the screened in porch or on the pontoon. There is a pool table, darts, and ample games and movies. The beds are amazingly comfortable. We have rented other cabins in the past, I would say, without question, this is the best place we have rented in every aspect. If you are reading reviews in order to help decide if this is the place. . . This IS the place! Rent it! You won't be disappointed.

This home was easy to find in a quiet neighborhood near a lake. The house was clean, mattresses were very comfortable with plenty of pillows which is very important to me! Being pet friendly and having the dog park right across the street is so convenient!! Not sure how many people stay with pets but again, the house was clean with NO pet odors or pet hair to be found. Reisa was very friendly, also prompt in answering a couple of questions the morning of our arrival. Kitchen seemed well stocked with utensils and such although we didn’t need to use much of it. We will definitely check availability of this home next time we’re in the area and need lodging.

Steve was so accommodating!! Allowed us to check in early and was very responsive to our request. The house is beautiful! Watched a doe with her 2 fawns out the living room window. Nice view of lake. Our son loved the golf simulator and our daughter loved the massage chair. Easy walk to the indoor pool for the grandkids. Such a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and the bed was comfy! Loved the coffee selection in the mornings. Over all our stay was a 10 out of 10!!

Its our second time in Tammy’s place and it never fails to impress. The place has everything you need with stock kitchen, working appliances, comfortable beds to rest after a day of activity. We had been and continous to be in love with the private lake and safe surroundings in a secluded yet accessible and close to town location. Our cavaliers roamed and swam to their hearts delight. Definitely worth coming back.

My son and I had a great stay at Serendipity! Bob and Lisa's place was a perfect getaway from the city. Bob and Lisa were great communicators and checked to make sure our stay was going well. The space itself was perfect for the 2 of us. The lake is right outside the door and we took advantage of the offered kayaks to get out on the water. We caught better than 50 fish right off the dock! We are already planning our return trip next summer!

Janie’s place was quiet, clean and cozy. It had everything that we needed. Janie was very responsive with recommendations for dinners out and we had great experiences both times!

Josephine's apartment is in a great location with walkable restaurants nearby. The apartment was super clean with quality linens, towels, and toiletries. The beds were very comfortable!! The bird theme throughout is tastefully done. We enjoyed our week at The Bird Nest and plan to return in the future!

Usually I camp when I'm in the area, but the rainy forecast didn't allow for that. It was nice to be warm and dry in a cozy place. We really enjoyed our stay. Dog friendly too so that is a plus!

Beautiful AirBnB! Perfect for my husband and me for a long weekend. We loved the decor. And within walking distance to The Hive. A cute coffee and ice cream shop.

Everything was exactly as described. Nice place in a great location.

Perfect place for our quick mini-moon getaway. Nice and cozy on a quiet part of the lake, where I was able to fish off the dock (caught a few including a bass and a northern) while my wife and dog watched while reading a book from the comfy outdoor lounge chairs. The house had everything we needed to cook a few meals and a nice coffee maker for our morning coffee and tea. The house was also extremely clean and everything was in working order. Hayward itself had plenty to do, despite us being about a week early for most of the summer activities. Donna was a very easy host to work with. She reached out prior to our trip with instructions for check-in. She also proactively reached out to make sure everything was going smoothly. We would highly recommend a stay here if you’re looking for a very nice, dog friendly, stay on the lake.

We spent a few days here with our three kids (ages 8, 5, and 2) and it was the perfect getaway. The property is gorgeous with the lake being shallow and great for littles to swim in. Tina was an exceptional host and even brought our kids some activities to do on the rainy days. We highly recommend this cabin and hope to be back some day!

Enjoyed the welcoming by hosts, coziness, peaceful and private location near Half Moon lake. Beautiful sunsets, night sky, and nearby hiking trails we explored. Provides necessary amenities for a very enjoyable stay! Look forward to booking again.

Fantastic hosts with fantastic little cabin. Absolutely loved my stay. Super cozy and warm during the coldest snap of the year! Would be even better in the summer with the beautiful location, outdoor amenities, and classic cabin on the lake!

Stacy’s place was cute and cozy for our five person group. We especially loved the assortment of games and puzzles that were available and the family history of the cabin!

We are building our own cabin about 9 minutes from this location. We had several family members and friends coming to help work on our site and we needed a 'homebase". The accommodations were exactly what we needed. I was able to cook for the crew and quilt at the big dining room table while the crew was gone. I was lucky enough to meet Lynn and she was so friendly and helpful. This will be our stay when we need to be up working on our cabin until it's done being built. Location was a quick drive to Hayward and very easy to find even at night!
