Newly built luxury home with garden

FrancoRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Igor has always been kind and responsive, there have been no problems of any kind. The house is new and has everything a modern house should have (well-equipped kitchen with induction, oven, dishwasher, etc., motorized shutters, bathrooms with large shower, equipped patio that overlooks the garden) and in general corresponds to the photos and description. As a bonus, I was given the opportunity to use a gazebo in the front row facing the sea for free, kindly offered by Igor's father. If I really have to find a flaw, I would say that it would be better to put mosquito nets at least in the bedroom and at one of the 2 French windows that overlook the patio. Keep in mind that there is no TV (however, it is reported in the description provided by Igor). The area is peripheral, very quiet with villas and gardens and vegetable gardens; given the distance from the sea and supermarkets, it is better to have your own vehicle.

Single riverfront house a few minutes from the sea

MarcelRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Beautiful apartment, spacious and in a great location! Less than 1.5 hours from the gems of Tuscany — Pisa, Lucca, Florence and even the Cinque Terre — it's the perfect starting point for exploring the region. Cosimo was an exemplary host: available, attentive, and very accommodating for our arrival as well as for our departure. Small downside to note for families with young children: the interior staircase is not secure (no railing), so vigilance is required. We also had some issues with the electricity and humidity in the house, but nothing restrictive.

Located in a lovely village in the mountains. We only stayed for one night but it was a unique and authentic experience. The hosts were responsive and helpful, the communication was great.

It was a perfect vacation at Francesca’s house. For those who want to escape from a city noise, it is just a wonderful place. The house is very cozy, silent, Francesca and Luigi ate wonderful hosts. They were very responsive to all our requests. Highly recommended

Golden View Attico in the heart of Tuscany

We had a wonderful time! We were lucky with the weather and could use the magnificent terrace every day. Otherwise, the apartment would probably have been too small for two of us. Thanks also for the nice welcome with wine and snacks and nice tips for the area! It was very hot during the day, the air conditioning was too loud for us to sleep, but at night you could ventilate well. The apartment, the terrace, the view of the rooftops, the relaxed neighborhood - a great atmosphere. We had a lot of fun on the trip to Canyon Park, Lucca and the sea. We only wish the plants on the terrace were better cared for. These were completely dried up when we arrived. Clear watering instructions for the guests would certainly be helpful (plastic plants are not a solution with the charm of the apartment and the terrace). There are no bedside lamps, neither downstairs nor upstairs. For all those who only read digitally, no problem. We hope we can come back again
A terrace offers views of the surrounding mountains, framed by lush greenery. A wrought-iron bench with cushions provides a comfortable seating area. Potted plants add a touch of nature, enhancing the space's idyllic setting amidst the tranquil hillside.

La Serra Mountain View Pruno di Stazzema wine

A delightful traditional property in an area of outstanding beauty. Miriam was friendly and kind, and the property was clean and well stocked. A kettle would have been a bonus as, although mid May, the weather was cold and we needed lots of hot drinks to keep warm. Miriam very kindly arranged for a neighbour to come and show us how to work the central heating. We really enjoyed our time at La Serra and would highly recommend a stay here if you are a hiker, or just want to get away from it all!
A gravel courtyard is surrounded by greenery, featuring small flowering plants and trees. A road runs alongside the property, with a fence marking the boundary. The area appears spacious and well-maintained, providing an inviting entrance to the residence.

Always very nice to find susanna's house after long days discovering beaches, cities, waterfalls, natural pools located less than an hour away by car. The house remains cool, despite the hot weather in July and susanna's many touches are very appreciated. We would recommend this listing .
A wooden chair with a caned seat is positioned against a stone wall, accompanied by a collection of photographs and postcards arranged on a wooden shelf. A globe and a camera are visible on the surface, creating a cozy, inviting corner.

Small and romantic rustic

A lovely place to try at least once in a lifetime. Fabrizio is a very kind and helpful SuperHost. The house immersed in tranquility is an ideal place to find refuge from daily stress. The exposed stone walls and chestnut beams give a sense of peace. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.
