Monthly Rentals in Barwon River

We had a fantastic stay at Wattle Bird for a friend's getaway. The house was spacious and comfortable—perfect for our group of 8 adults and 2 dogs. Rob and Di were exceptional hosts, warm and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Barwon Heads, with standout amenities like the BBQ, hot tubs, and a cozy fireplace. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wattle Bird and would love to return!

Great location on main road of Barwon Heads but set back so there was no road noise. Craig was a great host and so responsive

Beautiful house, peaceful and quiet location but only a 2 minute drive to the main street and easy to walk into town or to the river. Great space for families, we went with 2 young children and friends of ours with a toddler as well. The two separate living spaces make it great for sharing with another family. Plenty of space outside for pets and kids as well. Next time we're in Barwon Heads, we'll definitely be staying here again.

This is my second visit to Graeme's studio flat, and I have to say it’s definitely the best value-for-money Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Graeme has renovated the bathroom this time, giving the studio a fresher, more modern feel. His dgos Lexa and Frankie are as affectionate and welcoming as ever, and they got along really well with our dog. The pet-friendly environment makes it perfect for families who want to travel with their furry friends. The huge backyard offers stunning views of the night sky, especially when you can stargaze from the spa - it's definitely the highlight of all seasons! Due to some unexpected circumstances, we had to change our plans, but Graeme was very understanding and accommodate our needs to. Really appreciate that and we will definitely visit the studio again!
