Maureen's accommodation was perfectly suited to our family's needs. Everyone was very impressed with the size of the property, the layout of rooms and the living/ kitchen area. The outdoor space is fantastic and very practical with a large group. We loved our stay.

Great Easter break location. Walkable to market, main shopping area, lighthouse and playgrounds. Bree's place is well set up for group stays with parking inside the gate for 2 cars. Bedrooms are off the lounge. Next time we'll bring the dog too. Thanks for the treats.

I loved staying at this stunning location, so close to the beach, awesome beach house vibes and was very clean, house had everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend and loved that we could bring our Fur babies along. Would love to stay again !

Very clean and spacious place in the perfect location, right near the water and Bellarine coastal walking track. The sunrises and sunets here are magnificent and can be seen unobstructed right from the living area! The house has everything you need and a spacious front and back yard for the kids and dog to run around and play - perfect for a family getaway. Amy made us feel right at home with timely communication. Will definitely be back here and highly recommend this place for a peaceful weekend with the family.

My family and I were so happy with our stay. Secure front and backyard meant we could leave our dogs safely. Dog beach walking distance from the house was so handy. Quick driving distance to food. Dawn cafe was lovely and The Dunes was excellent. Also super kid friendly my little girls (3 and 1) had so much fun there was toys in the cupboard and the house was well set up for kids. A beautiful home and relaxing place to stay. Outdoor area and pool were amazing and the whole place was clean and tidy. Walking distance to the beach and coffee shops. Would highly recommend this lovely home.

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property ! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Awesome place for my family to stay. Booked for my wife’s 60th birthday, to have the two of us, our 3 kids, their partners, 4 grandkids and one dog in one amazing property was absolutely wonderful. Kate and Evan have a BEAUTIFUL property. They were extremely helpful and friendly upon checking in. The cottage we stayed in was beautiful, peaceful and felt very warm and homey. We enjoyed walking around the property and seeing the animals and gardens. Most importantly the stay was dog friendly for our two golden retrievers. Their friendly Labrador Cesar was a great host and greeted us, showed us around the property and kept the Goldie’s good company. Highly recommend a stay at SoHo Estate!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how impeccably clean and well-presented everything was. Every detail has been carefully thought through, from the amenities to the lovely little touches around the home that made our stay extra special. It was the perfect winter escape for our family, cosying up by the fireplace was a highlight. The communication with Sarah was seamless, friendly and responsive. We’re already dreaming about another visit in summer so we can make the most of the pool and outdoor areas. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly, an absolute gem!

If you’re looking for a house to relax and unwind, this could be the one for you! The house was warm and homily, and delivered some amazing sunrises / sunset views, all whilst relaxing in the spacious upstairs lounge. The house was clean throughout, and large enough to accommodate our group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Peggy is a great host, super responsive and even provided some complimentary wine to welcome us. Cheers to that!

This place is a real find! The beach house is fabulous with everything you need to have a fantastic time! Emily is just amazing with really quick reply to any questions, and to her absolutely best to be accomodating! Super host and fabulous stay!

It was our second visit to this lovely place. It is a great apartment in a fabulous location. Close to the river which was perfect for sunset walks and close to the beach. We had a great holiday with our dog. The apartment is clean and very comfortable with a lovely sunny courtyard to relax in.

We felt right at home and at peace the minute we arrived. Despite miserable weather on our arrival, it didn’t dampen our experience in any way - it was a wonderful place to decompress and just enjoy a slower pace, and our young girls were ecstatic to play upstairs and in the yoga studio. Location is fantastic. Right in the heart of Barwon Heads, walking distance to everything but quiet and peaceful being on a no through road. House was very clean, bedrooms were large and comfortable and found everything we needed. Deck was lovely to sit on in the winter sun. We enjoyed our stay

Absolutely anazing place, location was suburb. Walked to town and the beach more than once a day. The house had everything you needed plus more including all the little things. Super comfortable and hope to have the chance to go back again. Great part of the world!

Great place in a great location with easy access to cafes & restaurants of Barwon Heads and the river/beach. Very comfortable with good amenities. King bed was very comfortable and modern bathroom very functional. Would certainly recommend if you want to be close to the action and yet very private and quiet. Appreciated all the comms and support from Jenni. Would happily stay there again. Love Barwon Heads & surrounds.

Had a few days in the tiny house. It’s was a really nice little space. Everything I needed was there. Good quality and really pleasant. Bed was comfy and was cosy and warm on a cold week.
