This condo is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. A short walk down the beach to restaurants, surf area & other activities. Beautiful villa 200 meters from the beach

The beach is a five-minute walk away. The area is very quiet and private with 24-hour surveillance. There is an OXXO store and a kiosk. It has public transportation, as well as taxis and pulmonias. The house is super comfortable with three bedrooms and each with a full bathroom and smartv. It has WiFi, air conditioning throughout the house, the garden is beautiful, and the common area is very nice, it has a playground, swimming pool, fast soccer field and basketball court

Pool view, Steps from the Beach, Brand new!!!!

This is a beautiful house in a private gated community less than a block from the beach. The community is a family friendly area with a great pool. We have a private balcony that looks directly onto the pool and a great patio area with a bbq for enjoying the day. This is a totally renovated house with all new everything (furniture, appliances, washer/dryer, bbq, HD TVs, wifi, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, air conditioning, and so much more.
