Stay in a former Old English Cosy Pub, with three inglenook fire places. Located in a small village in West Norfolk 36 mins from coast and 21 mins from Royal Sandringham Estate. Pet Friendly, we welcome up to 3 dogs and charge £25 per dog per visit. Recently refurbished offering a large underfloor heated kitchen living room space along with the charm of original features. Lovely 1 bedroom barn annexe in idyllic village

This unique annexe is a converted barn, attached to the main barn in the idyllic village of Shouldham, nestled on the edge of Shouldham Warren, a fantastic forest with woodland trails to walk, jog or cycle. Enjoy a pint in the award-winning pub the King's Arms. (Both 800m away) This is an attractive, spacious conversion with a double bedroom, living room, dining area/orangery. The Annexe sleeps 4 through a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge. There is an enclosed garden and seating area.

Lovely Garden room

Our new Garden rooms are light and calming, backing onto fields.Deer, pheasants and barn owl’s can be seen most days.There is a patio at front and at the back where enjoy the view and also a BBQ available to cook your own food. We also have a Scandinavian BBQ HUT where our guests are welcome to spend a private evening of a cost of £20..There is lots of wildlife to be seen here and deer in our woods. Shops are 10 min away but a nice pub/restaurant 4 minutes by car. The trundle bed is 6ft !

The Annex at Bramble Cottage

Stunning location set on a conservation area, surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. To the front of our picturesque period cottage is a peaceful common & large pond. We have many different types of wildlife around us, such as deer, hares, baby Leveretts in the spring & a resident barn owl and lots of birds. The Annex has just been fully renovated to a high standard. Its in a peaceful country setting but only 25 mins from the nearest beaches & 10 mins to the closest town.

This small space sleeps 2 on a small double fold up bed/sofa to utilise the space we have, the room has its own shower/toilet facilities in the corner of the room, tea/coffee, kettle, towels, shampoo. Lots of walks and close to Denver sluice, Denver windmill, pub, shop and Downham market’s amenities. Pet friendly, large garden shared with us. Access via the garden gate and key safe.

Our stay was first rate, and we would happily stay again. We initially wanted to stay for one night and then extended this to 2 and Alison was flexible and responsive. The studio was cosy but also cosy and fresh. The shower was pleasant and the breakfast items were a very nice touch. The location is excellent and having parking so centrally is a real plus …thank you very much Alison.

Such a beautiful holiday stay! The area surrounding the cabins are so peaceful, perfect for winding down. The place is exactly as described, it’s isolated and tranquil. Charlotte went above and beyond proving a bottle of Prosecco and treats to celebrate my partners birthday, such a thoughtful thing to do. Thank you so much. We will definitely be staying again to refresh and reset form busy city life. The cabins were spotless and we enjoyed making use of the outdoor bbq area during one of the hottest weekends this year. Charlotte provided a great list of nearby attractions we hope to explore during our next stay. Thank you again for making our time so enjoyable and relaxing 💓

Absolutely loved this place. We stayed with family in the attached unit and it was super convenient to pop back and forth. Walking up to the pub in the evening for a drink or dinner was wonderful. Every conversation with Kim was friendly, positive, and helpful.
