4BR Pet-Friendly House nr Beach w/Garden & Parking

JenniferRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My family and I had a wonderful stay for a wedding last weekend. The house is great place to relax and just a short walk from the beach. The garden is really secure for dogs and has a side gate with a hose to wash off the sand after fun at the beach. Nic and Rick sent loads of really helpful information before our stay and were flexible with timings for check in and out. They are so friendly, are very responsive to any questions and left some lovely personal touches for our arrival (scones and jam, eggs, bread and milk!). Thank you for a great stay. We had a lovely time and hope to be back soon!!

Seabreeze

NeelamRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This is our second time staying at westward Ho- we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seabreaze, the lemon cake was great! house was perfect for a family of 4 with 2 young children, the garden space was perfect for those warm evenings- we were lucky with the weather! The house is located a little far from the centre, we have small children we drove into westward ho and parked in the car park and got a week ticket for £30- which was super! Lots to do around the town, the fish and chips were great, and an early dinner at Moran’s definitely recommend! The arcades kept the children and adults alike entertained! Hockings ice cream is an absolute treat! The coffee at Cabanna was fab! We visited Clovelly village which is a short drive away! Absolutely beautiful! We also visited Lynton and went on the steam train, as the drive was only a short distance we also went the Lynmouth where we enjoyed a good day out and went on the cliff railway! Which was fab! Great stay- definitely will visit again!

I had a wonderful stay. This gem of a property boasts a stunning location overlooking the entire town, offering breathtaking views that made every morning and evening truly special. The dedicated private parking space behind a secure gate was a fantastic bonus, providing peace of mind and convenience. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the heart of Ilfracombe’s charming town center, with its array of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The nearby Lidl supermarket was incredibly handy for stocking up on essentials, and the proximity to the beautiful beaches and local sightseeing spots made exploring a breeze. I can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone looking to explore Ilfracombe and soak in the beauty of North Devon. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

We had an awesome couple of nights in Barbrook! The apartment is super spacious- much more so than photos would suggest- and has everything you need for a cosy and comfortable few days exploring Exmoor and the north Devon coast. Spa bath is a really fun touch and great after a day of walking. Amazing location with river and trees literally on your doorstep, and the sea and Lynton 5mins away. Rose Cottage, dog friendly, Appledore

LizRating, 5 stars47 months ago
Rose Cottage is a lovely, old fashioned, quirky cottage - with lots of interesting objet d’art to discover throughout your time there. I loved how it is tucked away from the street, making it a really private space. Danielle was really informative about the surrounding areas and was on hand for queries. The living space downstairs is really relaxing (two of us learnt how to play chess in the lounge!) The outdoor space is really valuable as, I should imagine, in Appledore having a big garden is a real treat. The location is amazing - a minute’s stroll down to the quay - with the wonderful local shop, John’s, a stone’s throw away. We had fantastic weather, having lots of hot beach days in Croyde and Saunton Sands, but also loved catching the 5 minute ferry across to Instow village and beach. The attics bedrooms were a little warm (it was a very hot week), but Danielle kindly provided us with a fan which certainly helped on the top floor. Appledore is a magical place with beautiful cottages, great restaurants and Sylvester’s fish and chips are scrumptious - the first time I think I have ever managed to eat a whole battered cod! Thanks Danielle for a truly wonderful week’s holiday with the family.

Spacious North Devon villa with beautiful garden

BincyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
A Perfect Devon Escape – More Than We Could Have Hoped For! Our 3-day stay at this spacious North Devon villa was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the welcoming touches – including three bottles of wine that set the tone for a truly relaxing getaway. The kitchen was fully equipped, not just with all the essential utensils and appliances, but even stocked with some food items – a rare and thoughtful detail that made cooking a pleasure. Every corner of the villa is beautifully decorated, with stylish bedrooms and elegant dining areas that make you feel right at home. The highlight, though, has to be the stunning garden – a peaceful haven complete with comfortable garden furniture, hammocks, a garden cot with bedding, a grill, a cozy fireplace, and even a camping fire setup perfect for evening gatherings under the stars. It’s clear the hosts have gone above and beyond to create a space that’s as functional as it is magical. Another incredibl

Luxury Large Modern Beach House with Sea Views

JulieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We have just returned from a lovely family weekend at this beautiful house. There was plenty of space, loved the fact that every room has its own en-suite and an extra family bathroom downstairs which was great for bathing the grandchildren every night. The fire pit was a nice extra with wood provided and great to have the gas bbq with plenty of gas as well. A nice safe walk to the beach was great but if you have babies take a sling as the steps make it not very buggy friendly but this wasn’t a problem for us and we managed to lift our beach trolley down easily enough. The Sri Lankan takeaway from the beach cafe just up the road was fab and would highly recommend a trip there. To summarise, lovely house, with loads of space, great parking, nice garden and roof terrace and an easy walk to the beach, beach cafe or down into Croyde.
A spacious bedroom is accentuated by vibrant green tropical wallpaper. A light wooden bed frame supports a neatly made white bed. A round mirror reflects the adjoining bathroom, which features a freestanding bathtub and additional green floral decor.

Courtlands Seaside Villa, 6 Bedroom, Ilfracombe

BeckyRating, 5 stars11 months ago
The house was everything expected and more. The amenities were over and above and made it so easy to feel at home and enjoy our holiday. We were a group of friends including multiple couples and there was lots of social space to be together as a group but still be independent with big spacious well thought out rooms. The house would suits friends or family looking to stay together,is suitable for kids and the fact it was dog friendly was a bonus for our 4 legged friend. The location was perfect, a short walk to the harbour and the sea view was beautiful. I had the master bedroom on the first floor and waking up to those views was amazing. Oliver was a fantastic host, quick to respond or confirm anything I needed. I would 100% recommend this home and everyone that joined us said the same. The home made our 40th birthday celebrations even more special. Thank you Oliver
