Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Barnstable

Bradley was very responsive, helpful, and proactive. When I arrived I was hoping to cook and messaged him asking for kitchen supplies. He responded and delivered them within 15 minutes. Unprompted, the next day he delivered more kitchen supplies and new tupperware because I was staying for a week and he thought I might need them. The space was clean. This apartment is part of multiple apartments on this floor, so the apartment I stayed in didn't look exactly like the photos, but it had all the same amenities so it didn't matter. The one thing I will say is to bring ear plugs - it's an old building, so the radiators turn on at night and make loud clanking noises.

My boyfriend, our dogs and I had a great weekend getaway! It was quiet and peaceful, and the location was beautiful. There was plenty of space for all staying and Debra was very friendly and helpful. Huge choice of nearby restaurants and activities. The only downfall was inability to swim in the pond itself due to bacteria counts - totally out of Debra's control! She was able to give us recommendations on other swimming spots and we had a fantastic time swimming with our pups. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Dan’s studio! The space was very clean and filled with thoughtful accommodations. Dan was very responsive and offered to bring down anything we needed - though the studio was very well stocked. The bathroom is spacious and had ample supplies, towels, etc. I especially loved the double sinks and that the shower pressure was strong. We didn’t have time during our trip to really cook but the kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home. The mattress and bedding were quite comfortable and kept us warm which is always something I look for (it was also really easy to adjust the temperature in the space). Additionally, while I appreciated the ample heads up about the potential noise, we didn’t hear a single thing during our stay! Would definitely stay here again.

This place is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Close to town by car but quiet. Big yard, super clean, very quiet.

Megan's place was amazing and we loved our 17 night stay! We often stay in AirBnB locations when we travel and this was really fantastic. The location is perfect - so quiet and peaceful BUT super-close to everything in the area. The unit also felt like it was brand new; everything was in amazing condition and very clean. It was also incredibly full of light, which was lovely. Megan was traveling while we were there but her parents were there in the neighboring house and WOW - they were the nicest, kindest, sweetest, loveliest people you could ever meet. They really made it feel homey. And unfortunately, my husband and I both had come down with some health issues and Megan and her parents were all SO helpful with recommendations for urgent care and dentists. Amazing people and an amazing AirBnB location. :) Oh, and the washer/dryer were top-notch! One thing to note is that you might want to bring a sleep eye-mask as it gets bright in the morning in the unit.

This is an exemplary AirBnB. Just about perfect for a lovely, peaceful vacation. The whole property is private, beautiful, aesthetic, clean and very well equipped, indoors and outdoors. The host couple, responsive and kind, with excellent communication, were welcoming even though we were a few hours later than expected because of holiday traffic. The whole property is in a fantastically beautiful and peaceful location with the apartment over the unattached garage (one flight up), and even has an outdoor shower (besides the indoor separate shower and tub). It's about ¼ mile walk to the beach by several easy trails. There are many wonderful restaurants nearby in Wellfleet and Provincetown. There are several quality professional level theaters in the area, as well as movie and even a "drive-in". And of course lots of NATURE. We didn't even turn on the TV.

Great place to stay in the heart of downtown Falmouth!

Stayed there with my family for a few days. Very comfortable house with lots of fun stuff in the backyard. The beach nearby is delightful and super easy to get to!

Beautiful, large home! It was perfect for a family get-together. Very nice location and well-stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed having use of the bicycles in the shed and rode the bike trail near the house. The kids loved playing ping pong and foosball in the wonderful basement. The basement/game room, in particular, was a great place for my brother's toddler, who made good use of the huge variety of toys down there. We had a great time in this lovely house, thank you!

Hanna was an amazing host! Her place was gorgeous, clean, well-maintained, up-to-date, etc. She basically thought of everything, even a cheese grater which we needed when cooking fettuccine alfredo! The AC units in each room were perfect and kept the whole house at the perfect temp. Hanna responded quickly to all our questions through the app and was very friendly. 100% recommend her place and would definitely stay here again! (:

This place was perfect for our mini honeymoon! Very comfortable and great location - walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. When our ferry was cancelled due to bad weather, the host was very responsive and we were extended an extra night. Highly recommend staying here!

Exceptional - believe the hype/countless 5-star reviews. Amy's home is an ideal home base on MV, especially for families. The location is great (easy walk to town), the backyard is gorgeous, the home itself is spotless and has every toy/amenity you could want. (We especially loved the proximity to the large, well-maintained playground and town library.) Amy is an excellent host and made herself available before and during our stay. We can't wait to come back.

Absolutely fantastic house for my family of 7! We loved the location and were sad when we had to leave. Ronda was very proactive in her communication and was always quick to respond with questions. We will definitely think about staying here again when visiting the Cape and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Cape Cod!

The house itself was beautiful, clean, and felt very homey—perfect for family time. The photos don’t do it justice, and for that, I would give 4 stars. However, the experience with the hosts left a lot to be desired. I originally booked May 22–25, but on May 21, the property manager told me checkout was May 26 at 11 a.m. Based on that, we planned accordingly. Then, the day before the 26th, they questioned why we were still there and claimed we should have known it was a mistake. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed us and demanded immediate payment or departure, leaving no room for discussion. I ended up paying for the extra day to avoid conflict, but it felt like a setup. It’s unfortunate, as the stay could have been perfect otherwise. 4 Stars for the house, 1 star for the hosts.

This house was beautiful! We had an amazing time with our family of ten. We had so much space between the main house and carriage house. Both houses are very clean and spacious and the beautiful yard was big enough to play family kickball and wiffle ball games. We also played Bocce ball and cornhole, which were both available in the garage. The house is in a peaceful neighborhood and just minutes from downtown Chatham, beaches, restaurants, and more. Jackknife Beach was just down the road and the kids had a great time playing in the water and building sandcastles. Also, just 50 minutes to Provincetown. Katie was very responsive to all our questions and had great recommendations. The house had everything we needed and more with a fully stocked kitchen. The carriage house is so much bigger than we expected with a full kitchen and its own washer and dryer. Perfect for large families. We had the Best vacation and made so many memories here. Definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Friendly host! Allowed us to bring our 4 little dogs! Hard to find a host that will allow this. Clean and peaceful property.

The place was lovely and exactly what we expected being right in town. We went in late Sept so parking at the place was never an issue.

First time in Provincetown. And the Airbnb did not disappoint! Great place!

We had a wonderful stay in one of our favorite towns. Centrally located and spacious for two people, this unit was a perfect getaway. There are stairs on the outside so as a somewhat older person I needed to be careful as it was slippery during most of our stay. Overall we found the spot incredibly peaceful, clean and pleasant to hang out in.

Great place, new and very clean. A 10 min walk to downtown and a few minutes to the grocery story. We really enjoyed our stay

I never give 5 star reviews unless they are warranted. Paul’s apartment was huge and perfect for our short getaway to Provincetown. I’ve stayed at several properties over the years, and this is in the top. Location is perfect. I think there are some cosmetic things I would fix, but nothing earth shattering. I would also suggest a full length mirror. All told, my English Bulldog loved it. And he’s a very well traveled pooch. It’s not the Four Seasons, but if you find that for under $5k for three nights, let me know. Paul was communicative from even before I booked. I had some issues with AirBnB. Not host related, but customer service related and he was understanding.
