Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Barnstable

This was a great place for us to stay during a friends wedding weekend. We loved going to the nearby Cotuit market for groceries and snacks. There are a few small beaches close by that were very nice to walk on. Nick's house is very comfortable and quiet to stay in. Everything in the house was guest appropriate, very clean spaces, the appliances functioned well and there were plenty of dishes and cooking equipment in the kitchen. The front yard is lovely with so many plants blooming everywhere. The weather was a bit rainy, so we didn't spend much time in the backyard, though it looked inviting. Maybe next time! Thank you!

Exceeded our expectations! We had a wonderful stay at Priscilla’s place in Barnstable over Memorial Day weekend. We spent three nights there, and it had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, the space was newly renovated, and the backyard was huge; perfect for our dog, Oxford, who loved every moment of yard playtime. We had the pleasure of meeting Priscilla, who was friendly and welcoming right from the start. Oxford enjoyed her company too—it was clear he liked her! We’ll definitely stay again.

It’s always wonderful when what you see in online photos is what you get when you open the front door! Yulia’s home is beautiful with all the comforts of home and conveniently located to the ferries to the islands. Its location allows you to bounce around to various spots on the cape, by car of course :)

We had a good time at this Airbnb, despite the weather and the washing machine not working. Jessica was quick to remedy the situation, getting a new washer within a day. She also checked in to make sure everything was good.

WE 12 friends went there for a long weekend getaway and we had a really good time. For anyone reading this review, one thing that this listing does not say is that how there are sun window in each room which is not covered by anything. So if you need dark room to sleep it will be an issue, some of my friends had hard time going to sleep once the sun was up and the room was all bright and lit. Beside that one issue we had an amazing time staying at this place. Olga is an amazing host and was always very responsive and understanding of our situation. The beach is at walking distance and the area is very safe, we loved going on a beach walk in the middle of the night.

Moms of 3 kids decided to rent out something nice and cozy to spend evening if catching up and relaxing. The place is cozy, cute and felt like home. There were some issues with the heat, which landlord communicated and resolved it they way that we stayed happy. Truthfully, it didn't bother us too much since we were without kids and we were had extra layers. Thank you for hosting, we needed this short day off and house provided us with what we needed. Nearby is yummy local breakfast places that didn't disappoint at all.

I loved my stay at Arianna and Tara’s place. Everything was so thoughtful and mindful including the soothing music that was playing upon arrival. A and T’s Airbnb was an example of how great an Airbnb can be. Five stars!!

We had a great stay - the weather was uncooperative, but having such a beautiful house really helped. The pool and hot tub were great, as was the built-in grill. There was plenty of space for everyone and having 4 bathrooms was great when everyone was getting ready.

This house was very clean and adorable. The hosts were very responsive. There was what i believed to be a significant issue on the part of airb&b. They had the wrong adress listed for the house. Again this was not the hosts fault. It was listed as a house in Plymouth but was actually in Bourne, which I was very upset about after driving around for an hour and literally alomost trying to get into a strangers house at night in the dark. Airb&b refused to do anything for me to make this right and blamed it on google maps which is laughable. So for the house and the hosts (residentually) I give 5 stars. For airb&b I give 0 stars.

We enjoyed our stay very much ~ the house and large fenced yard w/deck (perfect for pup) are amazing & the hosts were very kind, accommodating & responsive. The location was great with a short ride to local beaches and/or Chatham for a fun day of shopping or night out. The host’s welcome basket with treats & seltzers were a great surprise after a long day of travel. We loved playing ping pong in the garage! I do suggest the listing bedroom descriptions & photos be updated as we were pleased to find a king bed in the master BR (vs the queen shown) and a full bed (vs the twin) in the downstairs guest-room. Perhaps renovations are underway so we were pleasantly surprised! The only improvements I would suggest are adding a screen door to the deck & heat for the pool, having more wine glasses (the kitchen was wonderfully stocked otherwise), & adding amenities like blankets, washcloths, a hair dryer, beach/pool towels & chairs (we brought our own). We hope to be back next year!!

The place was nice and spacious. Great for large family gatherings. The pool was nice and although the water was not heated (which may partially have been due to the weather), Zachary and his team were very responsive and helped troubleshoot pool temperature. Overall we had a great stay!

This home was great for our family. The pool and backyard are beautiful, and the house was clean and welcoming. There are a lot of activities in the area. I would stay here again!

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

Emily was so kind and responsive and the house was exactly as expected. The walk to the beach was lovely and doable with the toddlers thanks to the wagon provided. It was a quick drive into all things Falmouth and a great home base for us. The stand outs for everyone were how comfy the beds were and we were all obsessed with the outdoor shower. Loved all the thoughtful amenities, such as games and kids dinnerware. Overall very stylish and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Stayed for the weekend while here for a concert. The place was immaculate. Cozy and had everything necessary for a relaxing time. Close enough to Boston and the cape to explore both if time had permitted. Host was proactive and involved in making our stay excellent and they were quick with any questions we had. Would absolutely stay again.

We loved staying at Greg and Maureen’s! Kind and gregarious hosts with great communication, walkable proximity to some of cape’s best beaches and the craigville retreat center, cozy cottage on a stunning property. Our elderly dog had a great time and was warmly welcomed as well. Would gladly return!

Enjoyed a delightful weekend here! First time visiting the Cape, and Paula made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. No need to worry about beach towels or chairs, and having a beach pass was certainly an added plus. The house was beautiful, well-thought-out, and well-maintained. Laurie’s Sunburst Cottage was a perfect location. The view was spectacular each morning, waking up to see long pond. The space was so nicely decorated and very cozy for us to enjoy and relax with Netflix and other streaming included. Her eye for detail, even proving power strips next to each bed made it so easy and convenient to charge our phones. The place was spotless, clean and had updated and well stocked kitchens and bathrooms. We had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate for us to use the outdoor kayaks, fire pit or sitting areas, but they were beautiful as well, and added to the view from the windows. It’s conveniently located mid cape giving people access to doing various things on the cape. Walking around the neighborhood also gave us additional views of long pond. I highly recommend it, and would go back in a heartbeat. Laurie was very attentive and easy to reach. Thanks again Laurie for sharing your lovely home with us! Katie

This was a nice cozy spot, and it had everything we needed. It was the perfect place for my girlfriend and I. We really enjoyed our stay! Brewster MA. is my favorite place to visit, and I'm so happy we were able to stay here during our time on Cape Cod.

Lovely spot near end of a cul de sac, great water views and light. Joel was proactive and responsive in communication.

Beautifully remodeled home, lovely setting on a large pond. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. I am an avid cook/home chef and appreciate the decent cookware. So many places have understocked kitchens and wounded cookware. Comfortable King bed. Thoughtfully decorated. Nice quiet neighborhood. We travel with our 13 year old boxer who has traveled the country and we appreciated the one level living. We did not mind being farther from town, we love the wildlife and the beautiful swan swimming on the pond! The host, Benjamin, was easy to get ahold of, though we had no issues with anything at all. The booklet on Salt Crystal that was sent ahead to us was extremely helpful to us! We would definitely stay here again!

Ian’s place was exactly what our group needed. We were able to sleep three adult couples comfortably. The living room was incredible, spacious and the natural light was great. The house is also just a short ride to a number of great restaurants, beaches, and ice cream spot. Overall if you’re looking for a spacious home for a group then Ian’s place is the way to go.
