Outside there is a sitting area with a fire-pit/BBQ and steps which lead down to your own path onto the estuary foreshore from where you are welcome to explore our many acres of land.

Tucked away in Barmouth’s old town, a charming traditional fisherman’s cottage, ideally located in a quiet spot close to the harbour, beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants. Approached by passageways and a flight of shallow steps from the High Street, it is situated at the bottom of the old town, The Rock, a pedestrian-only warren of small cobbled lanes, fishermans’ cottages and even the old town jail. This has been a holiday let for many years - we loved staying here so much, we bought it!

Maximum of two well behaved dogs welcome. 2 onsite private parking spaces which is a rarity in Barmouth near the harbour. The Town house is fully equipped and modern. Features include Wi-fi , central heating, towels provided, two 50” smart tv’s. A separate lounge and dining area that seats 6 in comfort. Welcome to our Shepherds Hut. Newly built 2021! Our shepherd hut is a modern/Scandinavian style accommodation. The hut has full central heating and instant hot water and a good size functional bathroom and towels supplied. The sleeping area consists of a bunk bed- kingsize bed on the bottom and a double bed on the top. A fully equipped kitchen with electric hob and microwave oven, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster, also a breakfast bar for two. There is a 32' television and satellite tv.

Awel Y Mor - Private & Peaceful

A very warm welcome awaits you in our charming annexe where we hope you'll relax & unwind during your stay. It's just a 2 minute stroll to the railway station, less than 10 mins walk to the local supermarket and post office and our beautiful sandy beach is a 15 mins, level walk along the lane. We are within Eryri National Park with amazing scenery, abundant walks and leisure activities. Sorry but strictly no pets.
