My friends and I absolutely loved staying here for a low key bachelorette party. The location was stunning and even better than the photos. The host was so responsive and messaged me back everytime I had a question quickly. Everything we needed for cooking for 8 all weekend was there in the kitchen. The place really was set up for anything and made to feel cozy and fun. Highly recommend.

I simply cannot say enough about the care, and professionalism, that went into making the Index Sea Containers the idyllic Airbnb stay. From the moment of arrival, you will feel warmth and welcome that the home exudes. From the breathtaking views of the waterside Sauna, to the thoughtful design details throughout the house you will appreciate all that went into making this experience truly special. The highlights for us were the cozy beds, accent lighting throughout the home, pristine kitchen design, heated floors, best toilets on the planet (lol) and hearing the rain fall on the roof in the evening. We will for sure be back. Nick was top notch with his communication and seems like a stand up guy who really enjoys creating a space for people to share both time and memories. Book for a unique, and unforgettable, stay.

The property is private and serene. The creek was wonderful to sit by in the mornings with a cup of coffee to get your day started. Tons of hiking trails nearby that provide beautiful views and a nice challenge. The surroundings are top notch with beautiful mountains and forests everywhere you look. Will definitely spend time here again when we are back in the area. The hosts are helpful and communicative. Would recommend to other potential guests.

We fully enjoyed our recent trip to Foggy Logs. It had everything our crew needed- plenty of towels, games, stocked kitchen, easy to work TV, hot tub, and easy access to hiking. We loved how the location was close enough to catch Iron Goat train in the morning and the Skykomish little train ride for the kids in after lunch. Would recommend and can imagine it’s even more fun in the winter!

We really enjoyed staying at Mish's place! The house is very cozy and is well equipped and the surroundings are gorgeous. The wooden bathtub is nice too. The place is close to hiking trails, and there are good food options around. Special thanks for being pet-friendly!

Wow! It really was a perfect weekend spent in and around Mish's Gold Bar area home. The home has the best layout and view in the entire neighborhood. The deck space wraps around the entire home. Very spacious. Rustically modern. It gots everything! We had a barbecue. Enjoyed the hot tub. Sat by the gas fire for a bit and made s'mores. Sat by the indoor gas fire for a bit. The foosball table upstairs if you need it. Then when we left the next morning...we did the moderate hike at Wallace Falls State Park and climbed the 3.1 miles to the top following the Woody Trail with the perfect weather. Great place! Great weekend. No doubt a great place if you wanna be in the area. Can't go wrong.

I have been staying at Lorne's Landing since 2000. It is truly myfavorite place to visit in the U.S. I have brought family and friends but also take solo trips to the cabin. Wonderful views. Safe area. Thr cabin is stocked well and always super clean. Most of all, the owners are absolutely the sweetest family. The cabin feels like a second home now. Cozy and heartwarming.

Dan is a great host! His rustic cabin looked like the photos, was extremely clean, and well organized. This is a great place for young families with a ton of board games, an old style arcade game to pick multiple old school games, a new gaming system, toys, swing set, and crib. My tween kids loved the video games and the well maintained hot tub the most. I especially liked having the EV charging as well. Thank you for a great stay Dan!!

Beautifully accommodated cabin on the river! We enjoyed quiet mornings around the campfire on the deck overlooking the river and evenings in the hot tubs. There’s a train that occasionally goes nearby with a wonderful hum along the trucks but not intrusively so. It’s far enough off the highway that you don’t hear every car passing by and yet don’t feel deserted in the backcountry either. We wanted for nothing in the kitchen after bringing our essentials. The space was great for four women staying 3 nights together. Absolutely recommend and hope to return!

Older home but cozy if you are looking for a place close to the tunnel marathon race this was the perfect spot. Great history lesson on the home through your guess book. Enjoyed the stay. Left some items for alcohol for next guess that we didn’t use. Thank you so much.

Great spot by the river! Lot's of hikes nearby and plenty of entertainment between the cabin/game room. Dogs had a great time playing in the river. Would stay again!

Our stay here was a five star experience - hosts Martha & Jules were very friendly and responsive. The Airbnb was peaceful, private and cozy which was exactly what we were looking for. The inside was clean, organized and comfortable. My husband and I will definitely be coming back to this location for any future visits. Thoughtful amenities, seamless check-in, and Geoff’s genuine hospitality transformed our visit into a renewing retreat. Absolutely beautiful location. This was the perfect place to get away from the city and recharge for a few days. I was lucky enough to have a day warm enough to swim in the river followed by a chilly, rainy day perfect for curling up inside by the wood stove with a book, and both were wonderful. Peaceful, quiet, and private. I'm not really an outdoorsy person, so I was nervous about the bathroom setup when I booked, but it wasn't too bad. The toilet wasn't my favorite, but it was clean and well maintained, and the outdoor shower was surprisingly lovely! Definitely worth giving it a shot if you're on the fence. The rest of the experience more than makes up for it.

This cabin on the river was magical. So relaxing and well kept. It was also walking distance from Twin Falls Trailhead. Beautiful and lovely place.

We had an amazing stay here. First of all, the house was extremely comfortable for our family. But beyond that, it felt very homey and cozy. As we were unpacking the car, my youngest kids immediately found the toys and were occupied. The view in the backyard was just beautiful and so peaceful. We did a couple of hikes in the area which we loved. We would have been just as happy to sit at the cabin the entire time and just enjoy our time there. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. It was a wonderful home and we loved our time there. I don't know when we will be back in the area, but if we are, we would absolutely love to return. Everyone in the family loved it!

Overall a wonderful stay. We got our dogs there, and had seven people over. It's right next to the river and though the stairs are steep, once you get down it's worth it They have a solo stove and a jacuzzi and a sauna all of which we used. House itself is small, but we spent the time outside anyway. Beautiful place and really peaceful. Hosts were responsive and considerate too!

We had a great weekend at The Star In The Woods! It was the perfect place for a quiet getaway. There were plenty of outdoor activities to do nearby. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking and exploring!

Amazing Airbnb, cannot reccomend enough. Extremely responsive and kind hosts, just under 30 mins to Steven’s pass ski resort, beautiful home and the spa every night after skiing was amazing. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in all over the world. Would love to stay again if ever going skiing at Steven’s again

I really enjoyed the view of the river and of she mountains, the privacy of being away from the road, the availability of the sauna, hot tub, the deck, fire pit and BBQ. Also, there was games to play with for friends or children. A very well rounded place to stay for peace and quiet.
