Very central location, apartment was very modern and clean. Enjoyed our stay but would highlight that the apartment is hard to access with large luggage and/or elderly guests, otherwise would highly recommend.

Our stay with Miriam was absolutely wonderful! Right from the start, the personal welcome made a big difference – Miriam was always available and greeted us in person, which was such a nice and rare touch these days. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly decorated, with so much attention to detail. We were especially impressed to find a thoughtful selection of basics already in the fridge – something you don’t see often! We felt completely at home – it honestly felt just like our own place. Without a doubt, this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had in over 10 years! Thank you so much, Miriam – we’d love to come back!

The apartment is located near the Cascine, a 5-minute walk from the Tramway to the Center. It is small but has everything to feel good and the location is ideal for visiting Florence. For us, it was also perfect for the Concert at the Visarno Arena, which is within walking distance. The check-in was uncomplicated and Marta was very helpful in letting us do the late check-out, we appreciated not having to leave the apartment immediately at 11:00 a.m. but in the afternoon... thus avoiding being in the city in the heat since our bus left in the evening. We'll be back!

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

We spent two nights at Valentina's place. We appreciated her proactive approach before we arrived and she was very responsive to our messages when we had questions. There was a kitchen that was functional, the bathroom was clean and the terrace was the WOW highlight of our stay. We were 4 adults in the accommodation, which is a little tight, but for 2 nights it was perfect. The sofa bed and the bed were very comfortable and we were even able to do our laundry there. The location is perfect, the view from the terrace is breathtaking and we were able to walk to downtown Florence several times and we enjoyed the grocery store a few steps from the accommodation to stock up. We had an amazing stay at Jacopo's place, true paradise! Jacopo is a masterhost and we felt very welcome. The bed is great and we had a bbq in the wonderful garden, very peacefull Tuscan vibes. The cats also roam the garden and are very nice. It is not far from Pisa, about 30 min by car. We recommend this airbnb to everyone! :)

Maurizio's accommodation is highly recommendable. We were four adults and a small child and stayed for almost two weeks. The accommodation was spacious enough for us, and the old farmhouse has a lot of charm. The park-like garden is truly beautiful. All in all it is a great place to relax or play table tennis or volleyball. There's also a sandbox, a swing, and other toys for children. We really enjoyed the pool. If you're looking for peace, tranquility, and nature, this is the place for you. The host and his wife are very friendly, and we also found the gardener extremely kind.

We loved staying here! the views out of the terrace and even the bathroom window were something I’ve never seen before, right out of a movie. About a 15 minute drive to the closest city, San Miniato, which has great restaurants. This was such a charming & peaceful place to stay in Tuscany, and the visits from the neighborhood cats on the terrace was a bonus! :)

We stayed at Alessandro’s house for two weeks and we loved it! The house is warm (huiselijk) and cosy. It is a home away from home. Spacious, clean, comfortable. You will find everything you need. Alessandro is very kind and responsive. We could tell he takes great care of the house and its surroundings. Grazie Alessandro! It is 15 minutes from the city walls by car. 10 minutes to the supermarkets. My husband and son did lot’s of cycling, the house is a great start for different rides 👌🏻 We would recommend it to everyone who wants to stay close to Lucca, but likes quiet and nature.

We stayed there for a week with friends and it was awesome! The accommodation is secluded, super quiet, perfect for switching off. Everything was really cozy and nicely decorated, you immediately felt comfortable. The amenities were also great, nothing was really missing. We had a really cool time and would definitely come back. Clear recommendation!

Wonderful place to either lay back and enjoy the picturesque-postcard view from the comfort of your front yard or the pool (which was refreshingly cool in June), or to go further explore Tuscany locations within reach. The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you could ask for, ie a quiet and air conditioned bedroom, kitchen with a gas stove, fridge and a wood fired bbq and a jacuzzi + comfy seating outside. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, max 10 minutes. Andrea is a fantastic host who clearly cares about providing the best possible stay for her guests, which she did. Whenever we return to Tuscany, we will definitely make sure to stay here at Palaia again.

We had an absolutely delightful stay. Peaceful and tidy apartment with a lovely view. It had everything we could have wanted during our stay. Enrico and Silvia were amazing hosts making sure we were comfortable. Communication was pleasant, efficient and fast. Grazie mille, Enrico and Silvia!

We (two adults and two small children) spent a week in the beautiful apartment. We felt very comfortable, especially the beautiful garden we enjoyed very much! The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. If we had any questions, we got answers right away. The contact was always friendly and accommodating. Near Lucca, the accommodation was ideally located for excursions. We can fully recommend the apartment!

Everything was as expected and better. Lovely home with air conditioning downstairs and in both upstairs bedrooms. Beautiful garden in the back and shared swimming pool very close by.

I was a wonderful place, a home for our few days stay. All important things were walkable. Great nearby restaurant recommendations. Host was lovely. Great spot , in a great area . Bakery and really good grocery near by.

What an amazing find Pauline's Apartment was. The apartment was exactly as described and shown in Pauline's advert. The apartment was a perfect base for our stay in Pisa and within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and the local train station. This made it so much easier for travelling to other parts of Tuscany. Pauline was so welcoming also and very informative with details that made finding and accessing the apartment stress free. I'd highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in Pisa

Cozy apartment with great terrace and pool from which you have a wonderful view of nature and the sea. The road to the apartment is adventurous, but passable. For this, the area is very quiet and nature is around the apartment. The hosts were super friendly and always available. I would definitely spend a second vacation here too!

Wonderful three night stay. Apartment very clean. All amenities washer dryer in great condition. Beds very comfortable. In walking distance to sights shopping and good restaurants. Surprised to find a kitchen stocked with water juice eggs salami bread cereal to get us started. Tomasso and Francesco very attentive. Responded immediately when we needed a taxi to train station.

This was one of the best AirBnB accommodations we've ever been to. The area and views are stunning. The accommodation is fantastically beautiful, very clean and has everything you need. The view from the terrace is incredibly beautiful and we really enjoyed our time there. We highly recommend the place.
