Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die moderne Einrichtung stilvoll, durchdacht und mit hochwertigen Möbeln. Das Design ist absolut zeitgemäß und schafft eine gemütliche, aber gleichzeitig luxuriöse Atmosphäre. Alles war sauber, gut organisiert und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, das Bett bequem, und die kleinen Dekoelemente machen den Aufenthalt noch besonderer. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt! Die Lage war ebenfalls perfekt, und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen! Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Stil und Komfort lieben.

Our host was really helpful and responded in English to any questions. The mountain village is on many levels with footpaths linking them all up and so we had difficulty finding the house. It is best to take the top road when you arrive by car, unload everything, find a parking place in the first high piazza, and then walk down with heavy suitcases.

This is a great little place to stay in picturesque Montecatani Alto, close to the square and nice restaurants and wine bars. Federica is a lovely and extremely helpful host!

Die Kommunikation mit Angela war immer reibungslos und freundlich. Wir haben flexibel einchecken können und Angela hat zügig reagiert. Auch auf Sonderwünsche ist sie umgehend eingegangen. Das B&B liegt etwas außerhalb von Pisa, ist aber über einen längeren Spaziergang, per Bus oder sonstiges Verkehrsmittel schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Alberto e Cecilia foram pessoas maravilhosas ao me receber. Alberto sempre solícito nas mensagens, transparente, verdadeiro e coerente a respeito do apartamento. O que se vê com o os olhos é realmente igual as fotos do anúncio. Localização perfeita na cidade de porreta, praticamente na parte central da cidade e 4 minutos da estação de trem caminhando. Valeu a pena demaaais!!!! Super indico e espero poder voltar futuramente.

Antonio ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Sehr angenehm ist die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Lucca und ein großer Supermarkte (Esselunga) ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert ist die Eisdiele le piccole bonta gegenüber von Esselunga.

Mrs Gabriella was really so kind. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but she helped us check-in early even though she was on duty. The accommodation is so clean and well-organized. In addition, she provided fruits, bread, snacks, wine, and harmonies etc. If I have a chance, I would like to stay at the accommodation again. See you again!!

L'appartamento è una chicca: arredato in modo impeccabile, ambiente luminoso, accogliente, confortevolee dotato di ogni comfort. La posizione è ottima con ristoranti, bar, gelaterie, negozio di souvenir, farmacia, un parco e il mare a 2 minuti a piedi. Abbiamo soggiornato con la nostra cagnolona e c'è una spiaggetta perfetta per portarla a nuotare senza disturbare i bagnanti. Spero di tornare presto da Alessio.

Perfect place to explore Pisa and easy access to city center. It is a big plus if you have a car as you can park nearby not IN ZTL. The flat is smart and well equipped with all you need. Would come back anytime!

Il soggiorno presso la casa di Stefano e Serena è stato fantastico, tutto era estremamente ordinato e pulito, non mancava nulla, dal detersivo allo shampoo per la doccia, addirittura abbondanti prodotti per una ricca colazione, caffè, acqua fresca e bevande, mai visto prima! Serena ci ha accolto all'arrivo con grande calore, ci ha dato ottime indicazioni e ci ha consentito di prolungare l'orario del check out, veramente un'accoglienza ottima. grazie mille, torneremo!!

The location is perfect – Pisa is a small city, and this apartment is very easy to reach from anywhere. It’s close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The place itself is spotlessly clean and impressively well-maintained. The interior design is beautiful and full of character – you can tell a lot of thought and love went into it. Everything we needed was there: a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, cozy living space – it truly felt like home. We were able to relax completely during our stay, and we really appreciated all the small touches that made a big difference. If we ever come back to Pisa, we would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

This stay felt like something out of a movie! We were greeted with such warmth. The house is so beautiful and well-renovated—high quality details from the bathroom to the woodwork plus the plot of land is quintessentially Tuscany. And when Andrea found out we didn’t have a rental car, he offered to drive us! We had a wonderful time at a nearby winery, Tenuta Barbadoro, then watched the sunset from a field near the main downtown area before having a delicious meal at a nearby restaurant, Restaurante Bistrot lo Zero. We woke up to the smell of croissants and sound of chirping birds. The perfect Italian countryside experience.

Wij waren met ze 3e en hadden het huisje op het terrein, heel erg privé en ontzettend mooi ingericht. Wij waren zeer tevreden, Patrizio en zijn vrouw zijn ontzettend aardig en geven je gelijk tips voor bijvoorbeeld restaurants voor lunch of diner. Ontbijt is erg uitgebreid en mooi opgedekt, zwembad is fantastisch met warm weer. Mooi afgelegen met totaal geen last van het verkeer. Kortom, geweldig! Wij waren zeer tevreden en raden dit iedereen aan!

Francesco’s place is beautiful and peaceful. We were welcomed with open arms. The location was easy to find and parking was convenient. The room was very clean and just like the photos. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. We loved the coffee. There is also a little store just a walk away to grab snacks. We had dinner twice at La Conca and loved it! We would recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone and hope to return someday.

Very suitable for our group of 5 , each room with a bathroom . Breakfast included was great. Fridge always stocked with water/beer/ fruit etc. Tea/coffee always available, Nice clean kitchen.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Christina war mega lieb und hilfsbereit. Sie reservierte uns sogar einen Tisch in einem von ihr empfohlenen Restaurant. Zudem hat sie zwei sehr süßen Hunde. Desweiteren durften wir andauernd die Küche und den Balkon nutzen, so konnten wir uns auch immer etwas zubereiten. Alles in Allem empfehlen wir die Unterkunft sehr.

Unser Aufenthalt im B&B Sottomonte war einfach traumhaft. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Adam, dem Gastgeber, herzlich empfangen – man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Adam war nicht nur unglaublich freundlich, sondern auch äußerst hilfsbereit: Er gab uns tolle Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants und versteckten Highlights in der Umgebung, die unseren Urlaub wirklich besonders gemacht haben. Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön gelegen – mitten in der toskanischen Landschaft, ruhig und idyllisch. Unser Zimmer war liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Besonders gut hat uns das Frühstück gefallen – frisch, regional und mit Liebe zubereitet. Sottomonte ist der perfekte Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und das echte toskanische Lebensgefühl zu genießen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen Dank, Adam, für diese unvergessliche Zeit!

Clio is an amazing host. She is friendly, funny, and makes you feel at home. Her mom made us the best breakfast which we sat outside and took in the incredible view before riding the e-bikes on the beautiful river side trail. We absolutely loved her dog, Brodo, he was so pleasant and had good manners. We wanted to take him home with us we loved him so much❤️ out of the 5 places we stayed in Italy, this is the one we will definitely come back to. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The pool was refreshing and relaxing while looking out over the town. It was everything we wanted and more. Thank you, Clio. See you soon!
