Beautiful late 16th century renovated annex.

Situated within the grounds of a late 16th century former dairy farm. With a 10 minute drive to Stratford-upon-Avon town centre, 15 minutes to Warwick town centre and approximately 25 minutes to Royal Leamington Spa. We are located behind security gates with parking for 2 vehicles. It is a small but beautiful space with traditional open beams and exposed brickwork. Complete with modern appliances; fully equipped kitchen, luxurious mattress, a sofa bed, soft furnishings and ample lighting.

The annexe is located next to our home in the beautiful village of Snitterfield. It is situated on the site of Shakespeare's father's estate. The bedroom has a 4ft 6" double bed, mirror and wardrobe. The bathroom is modern with shower and there are complimentary toiletries for you along with towels. The living area has a breakfast bar, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment and a seating area with smart TV and Wifi. There will be milk, coffee, tea and sugar for you on arrival.
