Great hosts and great place to stay. Excellent safe location, with two supermarkets close by, 10 minutes walk to the centre of Sunny Beach. Apartment has everything you need. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. It's my second time staying with them and I definitely recommend. 5 stars!

One of the best places I’ve stayed at. You get a cozy comfy modern three-story house with a big garden in a nice safe neighborhood. Oksana and her family have been so lovely. It was a privilege to interact with them Good Wi-Fi and “A1” cell signal. There is regular bus service to and from Varna every day except Sundays. An ethnic store called “Sokoni” delivers good quality Indian groceries all over Bulgaria including Grozdyovo. The host family did so much to make my stay as comfortable as possible. We communicated OK through translation even though they don’t know English and I don’t know Bulgarian or Russian. Without me asking, they even bought a very nice new vacuum cleaner when I mentioned I was having problems using the old one. In fact I was using it wrong. I felt guilty about it, though the new one was nicer. Of course I recommended this.

I had a wonderful stay at Liza’s apartment. The place is cozy, clean, and well-equipped — it truly feels like a home The location is excellent, just a short walk to the sea, supermarket, and restaurants

Everything was nice. Very close to the beach. Has a big pool. Perfect for children.
