Dejlig lejelighed i hjertet af Nordby

Lejligheden er lys og luftig og ligger på 1.sal med egen indgang og med adgang til lille hyggelig “gårdhave” med hynder og parasol og gasgrill Minimums alder for børn er 10 år. Vi bor i stuen og man må forvente alm “støj” fra os, men vi er generelt stille og rolige. PRISEN ER INKL SENGELINNED, HÅNDKLÆDER, VISKESTYKKER, KARKLUDE, KAFFE, THE, FORBRUG OG RENGØRING. Rygning i lejligheden er ikke tilladt og kæledyr er desværre ikke velkommen. Man kan oplade sin elbil ca 150m fra lejligheden.

I godt vejr er havnepromenaden lige udenfor velbesøgt. Hyggelig og veludnyttet badehus med sovehems. Fantastisk, sydvendt, 180 graders panoramaudsigt til vand, havn og byens skyline. Small living når det er allerbedst - perfekt for par eller forretningsrejsende. The-køkken med elkedel og køleskab - ikke muligt at lave varmt mad.

Nyd ferien i dette unikke og roligt beliggende sommerhus højt placeret i Mårup bakker. Der er vid havudsigt fra alle sider. Du kommer til at bo midt i naturen med direkte udsigt til Busdalen, som er dannet under sidste istid. Med marker, heste og køer som nærmeste nabo. Eneste vej herop er grusvejen på 1,3 km som går gennem gårdspladsen hos vores nabo og videre op til vores sommerhus og naboerne i de to sommerhuse for enden af vejen. Der er 2,5 km til indkøb og stranden ved Mårup havn.

Feriehus tæt på strand, lystbådehavn og natur

Huset ligger i Mårup på Nordøen, tæt på havnen og Nordby bakker. Der er 900m i luftlinje mellem begge strandsider. Huset er rummeligt, højt til loftet og med mange hyggekroge. Den skønne bakkede natur er kendetegnet for Nordøen, den starter lige ude foran døren. Nordøen har indkøb, restauranter og specialbutikker. Vi har en specialbutik HØST der også har vin & kaffebar. Galleriet er med Pernilles værker. Der er inkluderet er sengelinned, et håndklæde og et badehåndklæde pr. person.
