Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Ballandean

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Alison’s property. Very close to the pub, beautiful surrounds, comfortable beds. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a place to unplug, unwind and recentre, I could not recommend the Overseer highly enough. Peaceful, secluded, private, picturesque, and intimate. Fabulous host that was extremely helpful in communicating about the accommodation. Already working out when we can stay the next time, if the hosts will have us back.

We had a lovely stay at Rob’s Farmhouse. Girls weekend hanging by the fire was perfect. Extremely clean and cosy. Everything we needed was available at the farmhouse. One of the local wineries picked us up by bus so being a little out of town wasn’t a problem. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway.

Tenterfield is a beautiful spot to stay. But Beks place was amazing, just the perfect spot to have our loved ones with us to stay. And Celebrate our wedding at The Ivy Chapel in town. A short drive to Stanthorpe, so much to do. Or to sit and watch the awesome sunsets . Bek was so helpful and a clean house, every detail had be thought of.

Beautiful, unique property! We loved the 12 sided yurt with windows and amazing views in all directions. The nights were cold but the heated blankets on the beds and the wood burner kept us cosy. Lovely bathroom with local Washpool toiletries that smelt great (so we went to the shop to buy more). Great spot for walks in the stunning Girraween National Park. We enjoyed watching the kangaroos bounce through the garden! Highly recommended.

We were greeted with wine and marshmallows and that set the tone for the stay. We were keen to use the fire pit but unfortunately found the weather a bit too cool. We made use of the barbeque and found it very conveniently placed. It was great having firewood available and we enjoyed sitting in the lounge room with the fire roaring and sipping our complimentary wine in the evenings. In the mornings we sat at the table and viewed the lovely autumnal view of the gardens, enjoying the sun streaming in the big windows, whilst having our breakfast. Defiantely a place to recommend.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at the Vigneron's Cottage, thanks to the well-equipped, comfortable and delightfully styled cottage, coupled with numerous places to unwind both inside and outside the home. It was the perfect setting for a much-needed getaway, and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you for providing such a lovely space for us to enjoy. We look forward to the possibility of staying again in the future!

Absolutely fabulous stay – 5 stars without question! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful, warm, and welcoming the home was. The decor is not only stunning but incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. All the details have been so thoughtfully considered – the kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, the bathroom was generously stocked with essentials, and there was plenty of firewood ready for both the fire pit and the indoor fireplace, which made for such a cosy and relaxing atmosphere. We also loved the central heating and the small details - beautiful magazines, soft throws on the beds, Turkish towels, coffee beans and even Vegemite in the pantry – such lovely touches that made our stay extra special. The check-in instructions were crystal clear and made everything so easy from the moment we arrived. And the location couldn’t have been better – close to everything we wanted to see and do. We will be back!

We had a lovely time staying here. Absolutely stunning apartment with a great cook's kitchen. Very homey feel with the fireplace & cosy leather couch. Also love that the bathroom was the old vault room, still with its original door. And the bath was very nice. Thank you for having us 🙏😊

Chelsea's place was beautiful, it's an amazing place to stay and had everything we needed for a few nights. It's very close to the main st in town and east walking distance to pubs, coffee shops, the wine bar and Coles. We asked Chelsea a couple of questions and she responded very quickly.

We had a great stay. The house was very wheelchair accessible, which was a big plus for our friend who joined us. Everything was clean and comfortable. Pippa was a warm and welcoming host, and very easy to contact when needed. The surroundings were beautiful, and we really appreciated the peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

One of the best Air Bnb's I have had the pleasure to visit. Location is beautiful, host's are lovely people, and the cabin was nice and cozy. Highly recommend staying at 'Wingfield'.

Secluded cabin in very large, well-kept grounds. The accommodation is well equipped and clean. An idyllic spot for those who, like us, are looking for absolute peace and quiet. At sunrise, kangaroos come to graze on the grass right next to the accommodation. It's hard to go back to the city after a long weekend at Brooke's. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay with wonderful hosts who have created a beautiful cottage providing everything you need (including farm fresh eggs). Location is handy to everything in the Stanthorpe area but secluded at the same time. There’s plenty of cut hardwood for the fire, as well as central heating, well appointed kitchen for self catering, comfortable bed and plenty of indoor space. Loved our time at Lane’s End Cottage.

The Dairy was such a beautiful stay. We fell in love with the beautifully refurbished cottage the minute we entered. Everything was perfect, looked gorgeous and felt like home. Vanessa's attention to detail was second to none - from the robes and slippers in the bedroom, to the delicious goodies stocked in the fridge. The location was great also, far enough away from town to feel like you're in the middle of nowhere, but still close enough to go and enjoy the sweet town (we went for dinner at Stonefruit and it was outrageously good!). We will definitely be back again, 10 out of 10!!!

I especially loved the fireplace in the living room — it was my first time using one and it was so much fun! The place was cozy and full of charm, and we really enjoyed meeting all the adorable animals on the farm. Truly a memorable getaway!
