La Casetta è interamente costruita in legno compensato. E' immersa in un bosco a pochi kilometri da Ibiza dalle spiagge a dall'aeroporto. L'entrata della casa è anche vicina alla strada principale ed al parcheggio del ristorante adiacente. Comoda da raggiungere ma non è adatta a bambini e non si accettano animali domestici dato che abbiamo 3 gatti molto socievoli che girano liberi all'interno della proprietà. L'accesso è condiviso, la privacy garantita nel giardino dedicato alla Casetta.

The villa is located in an upscale, quiet and friendly neighborhood called Son Toni - 10 minutes from Pollenca and 15 minutes from Alcudia´s old town.

Our "Can petit" is located in a small development with a very large common pool. In just 50m of distance across the street there is a little cove going down some stairs where you can take a dip in the sea. The beautiful beach of Binisafua is located 350 meters from the bungalow. The bungalow has been completely renovated with great charm in 2019 and offers all the comfort to spend a relaxing holiday.
