Beautiful location. we found the place just as shown on photos. comfortable beds and seating areas, big new TV , everything looked immaculate like just been renovated. Everything you need is there. Free parking across the street and there were always spaces. Restaurants, supermarkets, shops all within walking distance. Highlight for us was the view from the balcony. Like others have mentioned the smaller of the two toilets still smelt of sewage. Looks like an ongoing problem. We never used it so wasn't a problem. But my advice to the owner would be to lock the door or get rid of the toilet and use as a store room. Atleast you won't get any negative comments. All in all a beautiful place and we will come back.

This was an excellent apartment for us. Very close to an cove beach area, and restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy etc Although a smallish holiday area it wasn't overcrowded. But was close to larger resorts. The apartment was very well equipped. Fancina was the perfect host, friendly, v helpful, and quick to respond to our queries

Beautiful apartment, carefully furnished, very clean and equipped with all the necessary things for a pleasant stay. Quiet area, with excellent restaurants that can be reached on foot and a beautiful view of the sea. The perfect base for visiting Menorca! Anthony was an exceptional host, friendly and always ready to give us tips and suggestions. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great stay in Alcudia. The house is very decent, clean and well maintained. The linen was impeccable upon arrival. The host was very responsive and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal: the beach is easily accessible, and there are plenty of activities nearby. It is also very easy to get around by bus or by renting scooters. A very good place that I would recommend without hesitation!

Nice and spacious house in close proximity to shops and restaurants, yet in a quiet area. Walking distance to two beaches via boardwalk next to the sea. The host was friendly and responsive to all needs. We will definitely like to come back another time.

Maria José and Tomeu's place is really as described. It was very clean. Linens are also available. 3 convenient bathrooms when you're a group of 9 girls😊. Well placed to get around by bus. Close to a lovely beach. A little hard to find a parking spot nearby. Exchanged with Maria José and Tomeu very pleasant and responsive. Recommended.

Very friendly and fast communication with Ramon. The finca is very nice and has a perfect location with a few minutes walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay as a group. Everything has been very well thought out and decorated with a lot of love. Beautiful pool and huge grounds so you feel very free. The only drawback: the Wi-Fi didn't work great, but since we weren't on the phone much anyway, that wasn't bad.

The finca, the garden and the pool is an absolute dream!! Four of us stayed at Finca Verde for a week and felt really comfortable - communication with Christian, Andreas and Sina was great and totally straightforward, the house is top equipped and located in a quiet area. Supermarkets, beaches and the city of Palma can be reached by car shortly. All in all we can highly recommend the finca and would come back anytime:)

The apartment is worth its price. It is nicely located, close to the beaches in a calm place with the nice swimming pool. Communication with Maria is perfect. We had a great time in Menorca.

thank you for the welcome, pleasant endrois I think out of season because July and August with the swimming pool it must be noisy. but we are quiet in seven with the very nice pool. the beach at the end of the street for sunset.
