Villa My Vladan is a place to relax and escape the stress. The house is in a secluded position without neighbors, and provides privacy and peace of mind for guests. It is a place where you can enjoy the peace and fresh country air and near the town of Rovinj, and located only 3 km from the city beach Cuvi as well as the city center. Parking is plentiful and everything is forested with oak trees. Surrounded by olive groves and 10000m2 of forest as well as 3000m2 of private yard, the villa is really located in the middle of the greenery.

The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.
