Great location. Very clean and homey.

This is the second time we go to Pika and we don't want to change the accommodation when we go to the sea in Bulgaria. Cleanliness, tranquility, greenery, pool and last but not least the overall area is quiet and not so crowded on Cabacum beach, like on other beaches from reputable resorts. Clean beach and extraordinarily clean water!

I loved the apartment, perfect for one person or a couple. Walking distance to everything in that area. And i loved the outside area which was like a beer garden. Ground floor space and no issues. No problems at all. And a great host, thank you Stiliyan, i hope to be back.

Convenient location but hard to find by car (one way streets). Dark at night. Great host, comfortable space.

The home has amazing views of the sea. It is also very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Romiana always responded quickly to my messages, and both she and her partner were very responsive to resolve any issues. The only thing is that the accommodation is accessed by stairs (which is mentioned in the listing), not very comfortable in case of having small children with a cart.

Second time we stayed here, will definitely return.

Great place to stay! Quiet and quiet area perfect for family with kids! The house was very pleasant and clean! Had everything you need for a good stay. It''s been a pleasure staying here! The room was exactly as shown in the picture, everything was super clean & cozy, the garden is fabulous! Dora is extremely kind & always responsive, she shared some of the best figs and tomatoes from her garden. Definitelly recommending this!

nice apartment, everything matches the description. Very quiet location at the same time the beach is a 10-15 minute walk ,due to the fact that there are no many hotels nearby, the beach is quite empty. There is a store near the house there is everything you need and there is a market within a 15-20 minute walk and there is also a public transport station.

The view from the balcony is stunning, the location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants and shops.
