We were in Ivaylo's apartment for the second time and I can't praise our stay enough - it was just perfect again! The accommodation is super clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. You can tell that we worked here with a lot of love for detail. The location is ideal – quiet yet central, with great cafes, restaurants and shopping nearby. Communication with Ivaylo was also great as always: fast, friendly and absolutely helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We felt very welcome again and would have liked to stay longer. If you are looking for a nice, cozy and well-located accommodation, this is the place to be!

The room is clean, comfortable, and the area is very quiet. It's easy to find and Gancho is a fantastic host. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. I will 100% visit again and do recommend to others.

The home has amazing views of the sea. It is also very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Romiana always responded quickly to my messages, and both she and her partner were very responsive to resolve any issues. The only thing is that the accommodation is accessed by stairs (which is mentioned in the listing), not very comfortable in case of having small children with a cart.

Very spacious and very clean villa. The swimming pool is a real plus. Beaches are within walking distance to get to Varna, you have to prioritize local taxis. Thierry is very available if needed, he responds quickly.

We spent a few nice days at Julie's. Her manager checked us in and was also very friendly. Since the address did not match the one displayed, the manager had to pick us up. You could do better in the future. Walking to the beach takes about 20 minutes over a steep dirt road and tall grass. The path is still worth it. The nearby beaches are also great, but better to reach by car. Overall, some things need to be renewed here and there. Still, it was worth the money. The pool was serviced every morning. Since you are in the middle of nature, you should not be afraid of animals, you often see them there. We would come back.

A fantastic place with beautiful nature all around, perfect for relaxation. The lovely beaches are just a short walk away, and there's a pool right at your doorstep. Great for a family vacation. The host is friendly and very helpful.

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a central location but incredibly calm and safe — a perfect combination. The bed was very comfortable with an orthopedic pillow, which made for great sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook, including bakeware, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, and even wine glasses. The space is beautifully thought out — it truly felt like home. Stable internet was a big plus as well. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would absolutely recommend it!

The apartment from Kiril was exactly as described. The location is perfect, close to the beach, close to super markets, in a back house so it is quiet. What I really liked was the cleanliness- it was just simple nice clean. The apartment has everything you need - fan, air condition, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, washing machine (didn't use the kitchen/washing machine- was eating outside). The communication was easy and very fast. To summarise: -super fast communication -super clean apartment -super location I would have stayed here longer and would come back.
