Bring sunblock and sandals to a remodeled cottage near the beach. An upgraded kitchen, along with bunk beds in the second bedroom, make this ideal for young families. Return from a fun day in the surf, rinse under an outdoor shower, and have a BBQ. Due to Covid-19, we are taking all necessary precautions to clean and sanitize the unit. The house is in Newport Beach, next to a park and basketball court. One of the best surfing and all-ages beach locations is nearby. Walk to shops, restaurants, and coffee shops and the pier.

This bright one bedroom beach pad with peek-a-boo beach view is ideal for a couple but can sleep up to 4 with the use of air beds, although 4 adults will find it tight. This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel.
