Evelyne and Guy were excellent hosts. They provided us with information on arrival and during our stay. The apartment was spotless, well furnished and comfortable. They were kind enough to pick us up at the station and drop us there on return. The views from the balcony are great- there’s always something interesting happening in the harbour area, boats, ships and jousting practice!

Excellent stay. Very good hosting: Giem and her husband are excellent hosts, very attentive and very kind. The accommodation is very well furnished, bright and pleasant to stay in, 15 minutes' walk from the thermal baths. A very good stay in Balaruc and on the shores of the Thau lagoon with the discovery of the thermal baths, the ancient garden and the different villages!

I booked this apartment for my 80-year-old parents. Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away. Very nice quiet apartment with astounding views of the Thau pond. Clean and well organized. Cleaning was not included in the prize and proper cleaning materials not provided.

Great location, private parking to leave the car safely. Shops and waterfront almost at the foot of the building. Easy check-in and check-out independently in the accommodation, in all respects identical to the description and indications given by Frédéric, extremely responsive and friendly. Apartment as advertised and described. Very nice bedding. Rather quiet neighborhood, a little out of the way. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Parking is secure. Check-in instructions are clear and accurate. Pierre Marie is welcoming, available and responsive. Listing worth recommending!

Studio rented for 2 nights and chosen for its location, I was not disappointed. Ideally located, in the heart of a shopping street, many bars/restaurants/ice cream parlors in the immediate vicinity, beach within walking distance. The studio was very clean, well arranged. Favorite for the very clean and modern kitchenette area. Small terrace very nice despite the view of the shopping street and I appreciated the roller shutter that allows you to protect yourself from the opposite side and the heat. Communication with the hosts was perfect because you receive a first message as soon as the reservation is made, then the day before your arrival all the instructions to collect the keys and access the accommodation are sent to you in a very detailed way. I would recommend it in a second.

We had a great time at Florian and Estefania's. The apartment is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The residence is very quiet and everything is within walking distance, beaches and shops. There is enough to cook and a beautiful terrace for relaxing evenings. We will keep this address for our weekends at the sea.

Conveniently located apartment with full views of the harbor in the setting sun with a terrace large enough for 4. Shops nearby, beaches and dock centers a few meters away. Over-equipped kitchen, comfortable appliances to have a good stay. Comfortable bedding, bathroom and shower with beautiful space. a lot of storage for 4 people. Finally, a very welcoming host, good advice and helpful. Go there without a second thought for a good advice, guaranteed time.

We had a lovely weekend in a very well-located apartment close to the city center and FISE with underground parking, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.

A good place to get away even for an evening! I was working in Montpellier and felt like I was on vacation. The beach 2 steps away with a good swim allowed me to disconnect and enjoy an evening with my partner. The village center is a 10-minute walk away, we didn't even use the car. Bliss!

Fanny's apartment is really very nice, spacious, very bright, the terrace pleasant... if there is not a strong Tramontane! The only downside is that the lamps on the living room sofa and bedrooms are insufficient for reading if your eyesight is a little weak. Having a private garage and a bike room is a plus (as long as you don't have a vehicle that's too high), with an elevator with direct access from the floors to the garage. Otherwise, there is a huge free parking lot opposite. Moreover, the entire residence is well secured. We were hosted very well by Djaouida, who is very kind and responds quickly to questions. In addition, the apartment had everything you could need: cleaning products, kitchen accessories, spices, various sauces. WiFi works great. Located right in front of a drawbridge, it offers a real recurring show! We felt really good in this apartment and highly recommend it.

We enjoyed the stay. Everything was as described and the instructions were very clear. In addition, the owner is very responsive and professional. The apartment is in very good condition and the decor is neat. The amenities are functional. The only downside is that the GPS didn't quite take us to the residence so we drove around a bit to find it because it's a little set back from the road.
