This was a perfect place to host a large family. This was a beautiful place to create new memories and reminisce on old ones, family is very important to me and Gus made his place feel like home , there was many activities to indulge into and enjoy. Definitely looking forward for our next family reunion. The place was peaceful, and neighbors are a little spread out, therefore giving us our privacy. I would definitely stay here again.

Me and my crew worked in the Bakersfield area for about 3 months. Having Xuan's place to stay made everything enjoyable. Plenty of room at this house. Plenty of parking as well. They have everything you need.

This place was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. our family loved every minute we were there. The house was very clean and comfortable. The patio was perfect for sitting and enjoying some games, the pool was wonderful and had toys to play with, the jacuzzi was nice and relaxing, the game room was awsome and had so much to do. I don't think you could ever get bord staying in this house. It's just enough space for everyone to be comfortable. My family is already planning another trip. The host was always quickly responsive with any questions I had. Their were little touches like the seasonings in the cabinet and the snacks in the little basket that made it even nicer.

We ended up taking 4 extra people than the limit and Jenny made it really easy for us and provided us with more air mattresses. She didn’t make it feel like we were a hassle. Really did not get in our way of allowing us to rent her home.

While coming to Bakersfield for a family member's graduation, Pedro's home made it feel like we were at a home away from home. It was extremely accommodating and just what we wanted to experience from our visit to Bakersfield.

My sisters and I planned a trip to Bakersfield to visit our aunt and cousins! Found Romio’s place and loved the price and pictures! The house was even better than expected! Clean, spacious and had everything we needed! Bonus: walking distance to Starbucks! Will definitely stay again next time we are in town!

Another Amazing Stay! This was my second time staying here for a business trip, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect. The space is spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host is incredibly responsive and makes sure every detail is taken care of. The location is great, and check-in/check-out is seamless. I’ll definitely be returning for future trips. Highly recommend!

Brandy was a fantastic host and her property was perfect! it had all the essential items we needed in the bathrooms and the kitchen. There were extra blankets, towels, and pillows which was wonderful. The backyard sitting area, pool, BBQ, and ping pong table provided hours of fun and entertainment for my family. we couldn't have asked for a better place or host and we'll definitely stay there whenever we go to Bakersfield to visit family.
