The property is very spacious and very well managed. The host Promilla ji is proactive and reaches out with very clear instructions. The property is very neat and clean with all the amenities. Definitely gonna try the same property incase I am visiting this place again.

We had a great stay at this lovely 2 BHK home. The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and equipped with all the basic amenities like a fully functional kitchen, TV, fridge, and air conditioning. The home was well-maintained and perfect for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the host’s responsiveness. We had requested an AC for one of the rooms before check-in, and they had it installed promptly, which really impressed us. It’s clear the host genuinely cares about guest comfort. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a hassle-free and cozy stay!

The bathroom was impressively large—far more spacious than most places I’ve stayed—and the kitchenette had everything I needed, with ample space and functionality for preparing meals or quick snacks. What truly stood out was the Neha’s hospitality. She was incredibly proactive and helpful throughout my stay, always just a message away and ready to assist with anything I needed. It made a huge difference and really elevated the experience. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and host-friendly accommodation.

Had a great stay at Nilesh place. The place was super clean and located right in the middle of delhi with local amenities around. Also, Nilesh was very responsive and helped us at every point. Will definitely plan to stay here again if I get a chance.

I had a great stay at Beir's property! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The place is close to the India Expo exhibition centre. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless. A special mention to the caretaker, Sabal Singh, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. He ensured we had everything we needed and made our stay even more enjoyable. He helped us with some delicious breakfast as well. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Delhi. Would definitely stay here again!

Host is very good. helpful . But not recommended for 5 people family where 2 of them are senior citizen. 2 people have to sleep in drawing cum daining room. suitable for 3 people family. But location is very good. property is specious.

Deepak’s place was perfect for a short stay, and just as described in the listing! The communication was great right from the start, and Deepak even made provisions for us to rest in a nearby space (since we reached early) until our room was ready for checking in. The room was super clean, and equipped with everything we’d possibly need! Couldn’t recommend this space more.

we are overwhelmed with Mr Prashant response. We had requested him for room heater and he able to arrange though it's not mentioned in list of facilities. Our sincere thanks to Host. For guest requirement adequate tea, biscuits and other ingredients placed. We all had very comfortable and good time.

The place was amazing and so aesthetic to be in, the caretaker was decent and helpful, we were provided with basic amenities like towel, dental kit, regular water, coffee, tea, a good AC etc. The location was a bit tricky to find but nothing that couldn’t be managed. The view was nice. Roof was tin sheet at the top so there were noises a few times due to the birds walking but it was fine, the terrace was looking amazing and was also very private so it is appreciated. Overall a good experience. Will visit again.
