Parties are forbidden.

Villa La Douce Gardiole is the perfect place for a family get-together (perfect for 3 couples and 4 children). The neighborhood is very quiet and therefore not suitable for noisy groups. F2 independent: Park in the property; put your bags in your apartment, part of our bastide. Bright, functional and quiet, it offers a comfortable area and preserves your privacy. The large bay window will allow you easy access to the garden through the "fitness area". Montpellier city center is 8 km away. The tram to Occitanie station is 10 minutes by car, bus number 23 is in front of the apartment. You can ask us for any special help.

A private 10m² heated swimming pool overlooking the terrace is reserved for you on the grounds (no time constraints for use), a Mediterranean garden is present with palm, coconut, lemon, banana and olive trees. The house has a full American kitchen ( fridge, induction hob, ovens , dishwasher, tassimo coffee machine...) with a table and 4 chairs.
