Beautiful house in a very beautiful situation. I have mobility problems so I spent some time in the house. It is really comfortable with a beautiful views. It is well furnished to complement the house. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We all loved it and our ages ranged fro 25 to 81. Great place. Patrick was friendly and responded quickly to all my queries. Would love to go there again.

Spacious double room with en- suite

ClaraRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I can highly recommend staying at Brid’s home to anyone travelling through Connemara. The bedroom was very spacious and bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Brid is very kind and a wonderful host. Before my stay, she was always quick to answer online. The continental breakfast was very good. You can reach the house by car and also by bus, as it is only a 5-minute-walk up from the main road. The location is quiet and the surroundings are beautiful.

Thatched cottage in the village of Spiddal 368

InaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The beautiful cottage is just a few minutes walking distance away from the beach and from the town center of Spiddal. At night it's very quiet, a great place to relax. The house itself is equipped with everything you need from a small TV, kitchen equipment and even a washer. The fire place is great and there's sufficient supply of wood and turf. The host is very friendly and gives great recommendations what to do in the area. We enjoyed our stay, full recommendation.
A serene beach landscape is visible, with a sandy shore scattered with smooth rocks. The water reflects grey skies, while gentle waves lapping at the edge create a calm atmosphere. Coastal cliffs frame the scene, offering a sense of openness and tranquility.

Nice place with plenty of space for our family. It's very important to pay attention to her instructions about not following the eir code when finding it though!

The accommodation was excellent for us (2 adults). Lovely welcome touch with note and biscuits. Very quiet and private. Easy walking distance to restaurants and pubs. Good location for Galway city and WAW and Aran islands.

Friendly home on Wild Atlantic Way, Galway (2).

DylanRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Staying at Dolores’s place truly felt like a home away from home. She was incredibly welcoming, especially to our baby, which made all the difference. Waking up to homemade jams and a lovely little breakfast felt like sitting in Nan’s kitchen, having a chat over a cup of tea. Dolores has such a kind and comforting presence, and she made us feel so at ease. Our only regret is not staying longer—she even offered, but sadly we’re headed back home. If you’re in Galway, this is the kind of place that stays with you.

Amazing stay! Femella was a fantastic host - super friendly and helpful. The place was lovely, with everything we could have wished for: comfy beds, a great shower and toilet, and a nice breakfast with toast and drinks. Not a full Irish breakfast, but we didn't need it - the hospitality made up for everything. Super easy check-in too. Highly recommend!
