A truly wonderful experience of being able to stay in a so called Idyllic "Reethaus", kind of region traditional if you ask me. The house and apartment within are wonderfully positioned in a peacefull street on the outskirts of village, having plain fields in sight. Plenty of country side roads and outdoor space to explore, right out of doorstep. Bakery and groceries are within walking distance or a short ride with car. Apartment itself is well equiped, even for an extended stay. It has enough storage drawers for clothes and personal belongings. Kitchen offers all a person could wish for. Bathroom is pleasantly decorated and feels fresh and new. Bedroom has a large and comfortable bed. Free outside parking is always available. From day one, hosts were amazing and communication was always on point. They were also kind enough to adapt to one day late arrival, due to my flight delays. Returning up North, with no hesitation at all, I would once more choose my stay with Julius and Svea.

Very nice apartment in a villa on the edge of the old town, close to the train station, market and port. High-quality furniture and extensive technical equipment. Friendly and helpful hosts. Glückstadt is a real insider tip between Hamburg and the North Sea, everything is easily accessible, so the car can stay in the parking lot.

It is a professionally prepared, fully independent apartment with all amenities: a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The apartment was immaculate, and the relationship between price and standard offered is very convenient. Apart from that, Erika is a charming host.

A really quiet and peaceful place to stay for a few days if you want to cycle to Glückstadt, for example, or need an overnight stay before the trip continues. The apartment has everything you need and the hosts are really sweet and accommodating.
