I lived in Gian Franco's apartment for four months and felt really at home. The apartment is bright, well-kept and equipped with everything you need to live comfortably and functionally, even for long periods. The location was perfect for my work needs: well served, quiet and convenient for getting around the city easily. It is also a few minutes' walk from Rubiera station. Gian Franco has always been kind, helpful and attentive, helping to make the stay even more enjoyable. It was a very positive experience, which I would absolutely recommend to those looking for a welcoming and reliable environment.
