This place was breathtaking and the views were stunning. My kids enjoyed swimming in the lagoon and kayaking. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Bacalar!

Very comfortable and very well located family room, extremely comfortable. Very quiet environment with a view of the water. We were able to enjoy access to the other hotel Aluxes with wonderful access to the bay (pontoons). Very pleasant stay and very good communication.

Beautiful place on the shore of the lagoon. It has kayaks and paddle boards, in addition to hammocks on the pier, which makes the place great to enjoy the lagoon. We were greeted with great kindness by Luis, who was on the lookout all the time for us, along with Victor who takes care of the place, and he always resolved us very efficiently. The garden is well cared for, making the space a great place, where we enjoyed preparing a dinner in the grill, with a terrace and palapa very suitable for group cooking. The apartments are very well cared for and suitable with nice decor and comfortable furniture to be very comfortable. Nearby there are tendenditas and the place is very well located to move to the village.

You won't find a better place to stay in Bacalar! I saw the "fancy" accommodations and they are lovely with great views - however, they aren't located ON the lagoon and don't have nearly as much peace and tranquility that Olga's place offers. It's the perfect place to rest your body and your spirit <3 Kayaks and bicycles are available at no extra cost, as well as a laundry room! The kitchen and bathrooms are always clean and Olga is always ready with a recommendation or assist with whatever you need! The RV is clean, cozy, and pretty comfortable. I slept well every night with just the breeze from the lagoon and a fan on low. HIGHLY recommend this lovely stay =D

Very peaceful quiet atmosphere- virtually zero noise. Easy access to the lagoon . The staff there are very friendly and try to accommodate guests with whatever needs.

Salma's place was just like the photos, we had a super rain, however, the staff was very friendly, we were without electricity for a while, but they were attentive, it is far from the center so I would recommend it for a stay with a car or if you arrive early otherwise it is a little lonely.

very nice hotel, very comfortable the area was quiet, but it was very difficult for me to find with the hotel, it is not in the location that they indicate, then late to give, for a moment I doubt that it was real since the area is so very dimly lit until I said with the hotel, the beach club is very nice, I think it is the most beautiful of the entire Bacalar lake but there was no payment by card and we had to move.

The Loft is really good, a privileged location in front of the Malecón, centrally located with a very good view from the room, tidy, clean, with a very appropriate decoration and paintings with a theme of the local flora and fauna of Chetumal. I liked it a lot, not only the room but also the terrace, with a pool and an excellent view of the bay. we will surely be back.

My family and I loved this beautiful house. We have 3 children aged 2 and 5 and we thought it was going to be complicated but it was the opposite. The house has a great location, as they say it is at the foot of a cenote and it was impressive to return to the house one day when we took an excursion and see our little house in Bacalar in the distance and be able to take a photo from the Lagoon to save this beautiful memory that was an important part of our vacation. Every morning it was beautiful to open the curtains and see the Lagoon there with us, with those wonderful colors. We couldn't have picked a better place. Super complete and first-class service. Excellent location, good place to rest and have fun, the room is as described and the best part is that it is comfortable to rest there, I recommend it

The house is extremely comfortable, a quiet and far away area, it is easy to go out and find a taxi , or Ana la Sra la sra takes care of the house, looking for some unit, we supported us to go to the pharmacy she on her motorbike we thank 🏍 her very much for the gesture. The view of the lagoon is impressive to see the 🌅 sunrise even the sunset is an unparalleled peace. we thank the vests saves lives because I don't swim and that gave me security is a deep area and with a lot of stone, but it is worth it . try to bring the essentials to cook if your plan is not to go out , because there is nothing nearby .

We had an absolutely fabulous time at Teresa’s home! Check in was flexible as we were delayed in Tulum. Teresa’s instructions were always super clear and so we didn’t have any issue finding the house at sunset, also there is a hotel next door with a restaurant in case you miss the supermarket! The house is about 10 minutes away from Bacalar town, it has a perfect view of the lagoon and everything you can need inside. The lagoon is super private as most boat trips are over on the other side of the town also. We absolutely loved being there and surrounded by nature, I would very much recommend the house!

This is our second time at Yayum's place and it's still an amazing place for us. The location of the accommodations on the lagoon is privileged in its privacy, views and facilities, which guarantee that you want to be all day enjoying its warm and calm waters. The accommodations are as seen in the photos, the beds are comfortable and everything is clean. The rooms are surrounded by beautiful and lush vegetation. The location is very good and also the bicycles they lend make it fun to get to the many restaurants and cafes in Bacalar in a few minutes. If you're looking for a quiet, beautiful, comfortable place in contact with nature, this is a great place. The staff's attention on the premises is immediate and they have daily cleaning of the accommodation. The attention of our hosts was always immediate and friendly. Everything is great! I highly recommend it!
