It is located in Azur at the edge of the road which leads to the ocean (7 km) and the lake (2 km). Near Soustons, Messanges, Moliets and Vieux Boucau. Cycle path 500m away. Surfing, golf, paddle nearby. Central location for visiting the Landes, the Basque country and Spain 1 hour away. no smoking in the house

In a peaceful and green setting, a short walk from the beach and Lake Hossegor, we offer a small modern villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The garden is completely enclosed and the property is rented for the exclusive use of the Tenant. The villa has a fully-equipped American kitchen, a comfortable living room and is fully air-conditioned. Pool or hot tub rental is possible for an additional fee. Please note that the pool is heated and is rented from April to October.

Close to the city center, 500 m from the lake, beaches (free bus to beaches in summer) and 200 m from the bike paths. A beautiful 30 m2 terrace overlooking the mountain and the surrounding meadows, not overlooked, will offer you convivial moments around the plancha.
