Vacation rentals with a patio in Azuay

Nice newer building, well designed, very secure. They have a nice laundry room, with new washer and dryer. the river was right across the street. walking distance to old town and the Calderon Park. Was next to the University and had young people around. We would come back if we come back to Cuenca. What a beautiful city.

The apartment is very nice and has EVERYTHING you need, and the building is very nice and clean too.

Convenient location, easy access by taxi, bus or car. Great restaurants within walking distance. Very affordable.

We had a great stay at this apartment! It was clean, cozy, and just as described. The location was excellent, very close to the historic city center and right next to the University of Cuenca, with lots of cute cafés and local food spots nearby. Juan was very responsive and quickly helped us when we had a minor shower leak. Just a friendly note: if you rely on Wi-Fi for remote work, the connection can be a bit unstable for calls or large downloads, but it’s fine for basic use. Would definitely recommend!

The house is very nice, cozy. As shown in the photos, a private place with an excellent location. The host is always attentive to making your stay perfect.

We originally came for 2 nights, but then stayed for 4 nights! From the beginning Mercedes communicated perfectly. Hospitable, proactive. everything properly described. Very polite. We took a taxi for $2 from the Bus Terminal. Very easy. We were welcomed warmly by Mariana who showed us the house. The House was overwhelmingly beautiful. It reminded my mother of England in the 1960s. Spacious. Beautifully maintained. Everything that we could have needed, and more, was there. We generally walk a lot and explored the areas around. SigSig is hilly. Pretty steep up and down. But taxis are easily available and very cheap should one want them. At Mercedes's recommendation, we went sightseeing too and enjoyed. I tend to look for value and I say this house was excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

We went as a family and the experience was perfect from start to finish. The house was impeccable, very well-equipped and with a beautiful view of nature. The location is ideal for those who want to disconnect and enjoy the fresh air, but it is also close enough to the city for any need. Lourdes and Edgar are very attentive and are always available for any questions. We'd actually come back a thousand times more. Highly recommended!

Beautiful estate, very well maintained, perfect for resting. Central, very close to Cuenca, but at the same time sufficiently secluded, projecting tranquility and peace. Its amenities are inviting for a better rest. Our young adults enjoyed the tennis court, basketball and board games. At the end of the day, relaxing by the fireplace was one of the best moments... We recommend this Quinta 100%.

When I brought up a concern he contacted me immediately to rectify and put at ease any concerns. He was kind enough to offer recommendations for dinner in the area.

A wonderful place. Clean, tidy and super cozy and comfortable. The location is perfect, since it's close to a lot of tourist attractions, bars, and restaurants. The host was always attentive and concerned that our stay was wonderful.

Maggie’s place was perfect for our 3-night stay in Cuenca. In one word, the condo is spectacular with fantastic indoor and outdoor space. Pride of ownership is obvious! The building is new and very well maintained, secure, and the location is perfect…just a couple of minutes walk to Parque Calderon.and Immaculate Conception church. It exceeded our expectations, and was our best Airbnb experience in Equador. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay if you looking for a calm and relaxing vacation. It was nice and clean and easy to access. Actually is very close to the Calle larga The only thing it miss was a coffe maker. Other than that. Great place to stay.

Aaron’s place is not only beautiful and quaint. The location is ideal for local restaurants and steps to dt. But I’m also very impressed with the communication with Aaron and Alla. They did their best to accommodate my parents and were in touch with me promptly. I highly recommend their place and will definitely be visiting again.
