Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Azuay

Beautiful landscapes, perfect to relax as a family. The house is located south of Cuenca, a very nice area. It's very close to the Mega del Sur supermarket, where we found everything we needed. There was a supermarket, coffee and shops. We would definitely come back

Our group of 7 were very comfortable at Maria’s place. There are plenty of places to walk to around the house. We walked downtown several times and used the Azuay taxi app to get picked up at the driveway. Maria is very responsive and friendly.

great value for the price. located right downtown but the home itself is very quiet. the best sleep me and my family have ever had in the historic area of Cuenca. will definately rent again.

The apartment is very nice, spacious, comfortable, clean, safe (located right in front of the police entrance), the hot water is well hot, the fireplace works perfectly and has a nice outdoor space. The hosts were really nice and helpful.

Perfect! A home close to restaurants and in a very good area of Cuenca! Very close to downtown. Comfortable for short and long stays, in short we will choose them again.

Marcos place is great. It has all you need to have nice stay in Cuenca. The best is Marco, always very attentive in helping with whatever is needed to make your stay enjoyable.

Andres and his associate Jose' were very responsive and accommodating. the place is beautiful and loved the views from the terrace. location easy access to the historic district of Cuenca close to everything. had private parking in a secure garage which was a nice benefit.

A comfortable, modern, safe accommodation, close to many tourist places, it is a cozy apartment with all the amenities and Daniela was always attentive to any concerns.

Andrés always responded quickly and was very attentive. The apartment is very nice in a safe area and close to supermarkets, 10 min by car to downtown Cuenca. 100% recommended!

We were truly blown away by our experience here! Francisco and Veronica were extremely helpful from the very beginning. The house is hard to find, even for taxis and locals, but they took all of the guesswork out for us by sending a video of how to get there which made checkin extremely easy. Cookies and other treats upon arrival-lovely! The house is beautiful and comfortable! The large windows and comforting fire make it romantic and fun! My kids loved the large yard and spent many hours playing there-no tv encouraged play! Water throughout the house is all filtered and drinkable and we could flush the toilet paper (amazing!) The kitchen had fantastic appliances and we were able to very comfortably cook throughout our two month stay. We loved the hot tub and used it frequently since the weather in Cuenca is always cool and perfect. Beautiful hikes from the house. A car is advisable but we could easily hail the bus outside their gate straight to town and used taxis without problem.

I went to Cuenca for the first time and we love it, Sandra‘s house was beautiful, big and the kids love it, is in a private neighborhood and really safe, I really recommend this place for any family.

Rosa is the kindest, most enthusiastic, and most sincere host I have ever met. She treated me like family and friends, took me to her friends' house and her mother's house to learn about the local people's lifestyle, and cooked me all kinds of delicious food every day. She is particularly good at cooking.The ingredients used in the dishes are all organic.She went to the waterfall and the Inca baths with me, which was very difficult. The mountain roads were steep, and she was always afraid that I would get lost because my Spanish was not good. She helped me get a taxi and contacted all kinds of things.All questions will be answered and resolved in a timely manner.I will stay at her house in the future, if I have friends coming, I will also recommend staying at her place, this time the visa time is too short, next time I hope to stay at her place for a few more days to rest well.Thanks to Rosa for all her help, I realized how friendly the Native Americans are, and it will be unforgettable.
