The accommodation provides a bright and airy living area on the upper floor with scenic views to the south across the Firth of Clyde to the Cumbrae Isles. No 1 Shedock Cottage has been completely renovated inside and out, originally a shepherds cottage it is now a very modern living space. The entrance leads into the living room with a kitchen extension to the rear this follows onto a private sitting area outside at the back of the cottage. The bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobe. There is a bath and shower in the bathroom next to the bedroom. Heating throughout the cottage is electric with flame effect fire in the living room.

Dunlop is only 1/2 hour drive to some of Ayrshires top golf courses. The train takes less than 30 mins to Glasgow city centre. The village has a community pub, a community cafe(open for breakfast, morning coffee and lunch, Monday-Friday) A newsagent, post office/ shop and an Artisan Bakery ( open Friday, Saturday and Sunday.) A new craft shop has also recently opened next door to our home. The nearest supermarket is 10 mins. drive away.
